Room too hot and air conditioning not effective, rooms made up when we asked do not disturb

Good location, good breakfast, comfy bed. Fate from the reception spoke realy good english and was excelent in communication and Service.

Room needs makeover soon for this price. Kind of dirty carpet, bathroom door broken, some Power outlets not working.

The check-in was quick and efficient. The receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and provided a lot of helpful information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.

Clean, supervising staff were helpful, restaurant food good, nice decor.

There was loud construction from 7am til 7pm every day on one side and the hotel was across the street from a military base whose soldiers woke us up every morning with loud yelling and marching every 30 minutes starting at 6.30am. It would have been less noticeable if the rooms actually had air conditioning as advertised, but their air conditioning was portable and had to be requested. Since the a/c wasn’t that cold we left the windows open at night for cool air but then all the outside noise woke us up. The gym consisted of a walker and one dumbbell, and the restaurant didn’t open until 8pm, but we could talk our way in after 7pm. The beer was warm and the best they could do was offer it with a glass of ice. The fresh fruit was good and funny enough very cold so why not beer. There are no English speakers on staff so be sure to have a translator app. It is also difficult for staff to be flexible, in our case, we needed one room for one day and another for four days but we couldn’t decide who was in which room. Anyway, they were nice on the way out. There were ashtrays at the elevator on every floor and some people just carried lit cigarettes into the elevator.

Room is hot and uncomfortable . Room temperature not adjustable , Central air condition blowing hot air of 38*C . We have to call the maintenance , the housekeeping to check and inspect . In the end they brought 2 portable air coolers , and the room is barely comfortable .Wifi is not secured and we have serious difficulty or unable to download videos .Bathroom and water basin water temperature very difficult to adjust .TV not friendly to international travellers as there are very limited foreign channels .

Friendly staff, welcoming you Large room, sofa as width as the window, desk, clean and much lights that makes the room cozy. Great bed and (rain) shower.Great breakfast with a western and Chinese food optionsOverall beautiful hotel decorated in the style of Shangri-La.

Friendly tip to dry your breakfast plates before serving. No napkins on buffet neither the tables during my stay.

The staff is exceptional! They went out of their way to speak English and assist me with at every turn

Very convenient location, standard size room, comfortable Herman Miller chair, complimentary goodnight warm milk, and stunning snow mountain view. Special thanks to River Tan from the front desk, who’s super nice, helpful and professional.

The brekkie option is considerably limited, however, given how cheap the room prices are it’s totally understandable

The good place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us check in earlier than it supposed to be. The breakfast had a plenty choice of Chinese and western meal.

During the taking a shower the water was leaking from a cabin, so the floor was wet,but there was not a towel feet or something like that.
