Cleaning can be improved

Nice facility

The front desk people are cold and unhelpful. Their WiFi did not work at all for us during our entire stay. We asked questions and the answer is “ I don’t know”!

First of all thanks to the cleaning staff of the room, they give a clean space. I ordered a meal in the middle, and the delivery staff expressed their satisfaction with the service.

I completed the booking and payment through Booking. Still, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the front desk that I would have to wait for a long time, and when I asked the doorman to give me a luggage cart to load my luggage, they were very indifferent and asked I pushed the luggage by myself. When I waited for nearly half an hour and there was still no response from the room, I went to them to discuss it, but they said they were speechless and arranged a space for me randomly. The room I booked before was queen size bed, but they placed a full-size bed for me. In a five-star hotel, the Wi-Fi cannot be connected at all, and the hotel did not inform me that the Wi-Fi in the lobby is separate from that in the room, and when I want to write, I can't find any paper or pen.

Breakfast very good with many choices.

Location a bit far from shopping outlet and limited food and restaurant.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, large, and have all amenities necessary. The location was perfect for us, having the subway next to the hotel, made it very convenient. The area is quiet, but still has many dinning options at walking distance.

Jason helped us a lot and although the staff of the hotel couldn't speak English yet they tried their level best to communicate and meet our needs.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. The location is in a nice area, close to a metro line and park.

The staff was very helpful in English. The facilities are great. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. They upgraded my room as well. The breakfast options are very diverse and plentiful.

We loved the staff. They were very prompt and professional

We couldn’t use the pool like a pool for our kids to play in. The pool was used for swimming lessons… even when our kids were in the “bigger” area they were still told not to interrupt the swimmers. The sign says no diving, my kids jumped in feet first and were told not to. Paying this much, you would expect your kids to be able to play nicely in a pool. The rooms only go down to 23 degrees Celsius, when moved to another room we had the same problem and explained it was uncomfortable. At this time we were told the aircon could only go down to 23 degrees. We live in China and have stayed a lot of places and never had heard of this.

The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful. Going back to the hotel every day after my meeting makes me feel relaxing

We stayed at the apartment with our little son. Everything was great...specially cleaning and comfortable.The breakfast is amazing

I’m not sure how the price would change under normal conditions (borders aren’t open due to covid), but now I feel the hotel is priced right. The pool , sauna, jacuzzi is wonderful. Also the gym equipment is really awesome although could use a bit more. I like that room service gives decent portions. Staff all very nice.

There’s a problem with their link with booking. They couldn’t find my booking and I had to wait a while at reception. Then when I extended one night, they suggested I cancel it and just book at reception cause the system seems to be broken. Other than having to wait so long for a coffee in the lobby that I regretted ordering, everything else was fantastic. But they need to sort out their booking issues.
