There is no decent cup for coffee. They use a molded plastic. They remove all the face towel in the bathroom. They also remove 2-set of pillows. Im solo but i like the extra pillows to help me sleep when stress at work. I did not extend my stay anymore. The longer you stay the less comfortable they make.

The room is good size. There is no heated bidet in my room. Loxation is in/beside shoppping complex. The breakfast is good

Excellent value for money. Good transport links and a decent breakfast included in the price of the room. The room is clean and well equipped.

Not close to tourist attraction zone but subway was very helpful, easy and not much walking to change the line.Easy to access from Shishanlu st.(line 3). Located on shopping mall is Bonus.Many restaurants,bars, cafes around.

The was a black colour stain on a white curtain on window at R.1505 where we stayed.

Spacious and clean. Maid services was very efficient. Food service excellent

No one spoke English which made communication difficult.

Breakfast is acceptable for the spread. Metro ShiZiShan is actually linked via the shopping mall which is convenient. Front desk and housekeeping very friendly. Room is of reasonable size and comfort, anything smaller would be less ideal. Hotel condition is still very new. There are other nearby malls like Paradise Walk and Golden eagle. Quite near to famous ShanTang Street (8 stops).

Situated on western side of Suzhou, whereas Suzhou train station is more central. DiDi back to hotel can be long journey due to many many traffic light stops if did not go by expressway, better to take metro. Very far distance to get to famous Suzhou Center Plaza Mall which is more to the east.

The best part about the hotel was the location - right above a Mall as well. Good place to base yourself when travelling around Suzhou. Also really close to the subway. It was great value for money. Would stay again.

Not the hotel's fault, just a side note - do not input the given address into Google Maps- it will send you to a very different location.

It's a relatively new and well maintained hotel in a high-rise, part of mall (very convenient because of restaurants).Breakfast was OK.

The reservation system gave the option of twin room (with 2 twin beds) and standard room for two. We check in and no double bed is offered and later we are told that none is available--even though it was clear that there were rooms with double beds that were prepared. In general, the reception was far from friendly and accommodating.Breakfast was OK, but not even close to good by Western standards--e.g., no cheese. For a Western brand, one would expect otherwise.No response to an email to the property through booking.com for more than 34 hours. No emailed receipt of payment.

We could not find this hotel. It is not where it says it is when you follow the map. We went to other hotels and asked and they did not know where it was. In the heat and humidity of china the hunt for this hotel was awful. The photos are false as it shows a ground floor entry and other reviews say it's on a 7th floor so this hotel has been falsely advertised , we were hugely disappointed and had to stay somewhere else. The room was good, the breakfast good and the location in walking distance from metro station.

The location in Google Maps is WRONG, two km far from the actual site!

I have seen couple of Indians staying at this hotel, considering the same if they include Indian style items in breakfast then that will be good. Also, location is little tricky to get even using the local cab app so the same needs to be improved.

Switching off of the AC during daytime. This is unusual practice seen at the hotel. Considering the closed rooms ideally customers should be able to access AC all the time of the day.

Value for money. Room was best and clean. It was right next to a mall where there is a food court and all.

Hotel lobby is in the 7th floor. So it’s pretty inconvenient cos nobody to receive you or your bags. And they don’t have room service. Only breakfast buffet is available but it wasn’t great for an international traveler. Mostly Chinese food. Receptionists don’t speak English so be prepared with translators.

Location convenience . MRT station in a mall.

Water pressure very low, bathroom floor very slippery, room condition very old, breakfast basic.

The stuff was really doing their job, they are not that good in English communication but they are trying to do their part. facility was good. and location perfect for my trip.

The cup for coffee, it's a cheap plastic that will affect the Aroma and quality of the coffee. It's to tall and the coffee foam are at the bottom.

The fact that they could not accept US$ bills when my card refused to work This is an international hotel chain and I expected them to be more accommodating

The staff was extremely patient and nice. I felt very comfortable to ask for help from them, and they always had quick responses to my requests. Thank you! ?

Breakfast was good and extensive. Good combination of Chinese and Western fare, including fresh salad and buns. Sadly, I had not the time to taste everything, but was satisfied nonetheless. Location is not ideal for tourist trip, in a sense that the place is a bit far off from many of Suzhou's top sights, such as Humble Administrator's Garden. There is a metro close by, at least. So that can be used to get closer to many attractions. Room was clean and spacious with many hygiene amenities provided, along with complementary tea bags and instant coffee.

There was a mix-up and I was accidentally assigned an already occupied room, luckily this was swiftly fixed. It was a bit difficult to understand what was going on due to limited English on part of the staff.
