- Bad experience
- Clean bedsheets. Appropriate bed quantity for family of 3.
- absolutely clean and fresh good food. tea was amazing and staff polite. room and bed sheets etc were very clean and I am a cleanliness freak!
Cons -
- Linen’s in poor condition , bed with sharp edges around it . Staff also not much cooperative. Bed mattress in poor condition. Towels in poor condition
- Room and bathroom were very old, tired, and need of repair. Smell in the room. No toilet paper holder. Limited hot water. Hole in wall. Cracks in walls. Food was mediocre. Disgusting towels - crispy and gray (original color white). Felt like a cheap motel in the US.
- it’s not worth 5k. it’s a new property and very clean but room had no additions like kettle tea etc. toiletries were refills and had to ask for dental kit. no hair dryer and basic bathroom…. not worth the 5 star rates

Very poor
Property located way out. Very poor food service. No hot water
Nothing special but new and clean. May be the best choice for overnight stay. Basic breakfast available in the in the in-house restaurant.
Bed edges too sharp and much bigger that mattress. Can get hurt.
No BF included
Firstly amenities were missing inside the room. Secondly there was no hot water kettle inside the room.TV was not working. when the resort is mentioned we expect a different level of luxury, however I am sorry to inform that I was really disappointed with my stay. It was sheer waste of my money. The staff members were very amicable and helpful in nature for that I am really thankful.
Hotel room is very bed no cleaning no water staff management is veery bed manajour langavage is veery bed money problems in hotel ...so please remove your side this hotel booking .com is veery good hotel side you’re eMate is veery good so remove this hotel side thanks
Good comfortable room. Helpful staff. Food was also good.
They didn't provide new shampoo bottles. They refilled old bottles with shampoo, which was not something I'd use.
Room were big, staff courteous, food was good, although no non veg option was available.
Not enough in room facilities. They do not even have a tea/ coffee maker in room. Restaurant is not ready before 8 am. Moreover, they charge the guest for a cup of morning tea, even though they have left no option left to the guest.Bathroom is inexplicably, divided into three sections. Made no sense to me.
Clean rooms. Newly built hotel.
Newly built hotel. Staff could be a little more courteous. Breakfast wasnt part of the package which we missed out on while booking (usually all hotels come with this so was a bit surprised). Amenities missing from hotel. Maybe over time it will improve.
Clean place to stay, close to Chittorgarh fort.
Room is excellent and food is good.
