Depan masjid, this hotel looks islamic

No breakfast prepared by Motel but near by the food court or restaurant. Motel infront of mosque & feel confortable.

Strategic location. A lot of parking, nearby facilities. I checked in late but the staff is kind enough waiting for me to arrive.

Need a lot of maintenances, tv not working also the bathroom smells bad. Mattress are stiff

I liked the way it is located near a mosque and other facilities (BSN, RESTAURANTS, FRANCHISE CHAINS, CONVENIENCE STORES, AND BAKERY) which can be reached by walking. it's also within a walking distance to the KTM.

I didn't like the way the room smelled because of poor drainage system coming from the nearest restaurants. It smelled so bad especially during the noon. The stench only subsided during the night.

I think dirty place is signature of your room motel because all customer write the same review such as ‘DIRTY’

Bad experience..

Very frustratedAlready booked and paid via credit card and confirmed. But in the morning of the day to stay received call from hotel informed that the hotel fully booked and until today no money refund to my account.

Location near Uitm

Room not maintain well. Mattress is dated. Mattress cover is dated and also got mosquito .

Close to mosques and places to eat and also close to KTM

The bed is quite hard. Corridor lights are not installed at night. The toilet tank is broken and the hot water switch is broken. Didn't get a facing room despite having booked a week earlier.

The location is good, near to town, restaurants, train station, mosque etc.

The air circulation in the room was very bad. Everytime I entered my room, the bad smell from the toilet was horrible, felt like to vomit. The only reason why I didn’t changed my stay because I already booked for 1 week ??‍♀️

There is nothing I can say much as this hotel only for my second option. Please bare in mind that this hotel quite old and no own parking lot. Do not expect the floor is so clean or the room is at the silent area because if it is near to counter, you can hear patron and staff talking.

Shower water was so good??

Night Receptionist was not really friendly and we feel not welcome. Do not have basket for trash. Overall okay.Tv cant watch.

Air conditioner very satisfied. Location strategic ??

Ummul put extra cash rm23 when make payment...based on contract online only m57..now become rm80...this is cheating..please give explaination how this can be done...

Near to the railway station and bus stop, & eateries.

No TV in one room, the rooms are dim because there's only one lamp, there's mosquito in the room.

Vicinity to the train station & masjid. nearby stall for food

No window, bed & pillow too hard, android box was not properly fixed, TV too small. (I guess it commensurate with the cheap room rate ?)

Receptionist refuse me check in. I showed Confirmation letter but useless

No hot water shower. No toilet roll , towels are provided. Smell from the cooking next to the motel.
