The room is clean and seems low-maintenance, but there are a few issues. The toilet flush isn't working, the shower lacks a switch, and they don’t even provide basic bath soap.

booked twice on as we went to iloilo in betweendidn't like the 2nd room we were assigned to (room 6). previous room was better but was still passablelow water pressure,cobwebs on the bathroom,broken lavatory tiles with sharp edgesintermittent wifi connection

Accessible to malls local market and to their plaza it’s only 15min tricycle ride to the airport. Most specially very affordable.

As I enter the room I feel the cheap vibe although it’s wide . The arrangement of the bed should be improved because that is the most important part of the room because that’s where we sleep. The sheets and pillowcases used were old. I was given a torn sheet. The pipe under the sink is leaking .

They were able to change our room. When I told them that the ac is not cooling good.

No internet/wifi connection

Room smells of urine. We had to clean and scrub the bathroom ourselves. Shower is not working, we used a pail and a water scoop to wash.

I don't really know where to start. I never write reviews, but this time I went out of my way to figure out how and tell people about this Hotel. The website pictures are misleading. The real thing does not look at all like the pictures.Room was dirty. Shower area wasn’t clean lots of molds. Floor tiles was broken and the floor wasn’t vacuum as lots of falling hair of previous guests still on the floor. I need to ask them to clean up their aircon filter as it was very dirty also. A rat came to our room and informed the reception but no action??‍♂️Their pillows are moldy. I believe the only thing they did in the room was make the bed and put fresh towels in. Room preparation is a simple task. It's expected that hotel rooms must be clean with tidy floors, clean and new bed sheets, clean toilet and shower room. I will not recommend this hotel. ??

The hotel was right next to a family member’s house so it was very convenient. It’s also close to the plaza, supermarket and the public market.

I have no complaints, it was nothing fancy but it was good value for the amount I paid.

Avoid this place. Finding the place is awful. Bathroom was Scary. Mouldy caulking everywhere. Window Aircon was loud. Fire exit was through a 2 foot by 2 foot window.

The location is very ideal for ordinary traveler. Easy access to public transportation but no taxi. Fast-food restaurants are around the area and public market is just across the road. Very near to Gaisano mall. There were several banks at a walking distance. Catholic Church is just about 1.5 kilometers walk.

Filthy window pane with used cotton buds (discovered after moving the curtain). Curtains seems not replaced for a long time because it is already dusty. Wifi connection is bad. No kettle and no complementary coffee. TV stopped working anymore after switching off once.
