The room was spacious and roomy. It is also clean with a cold air conditioning unit. However, the aircon seemed old because it is quite noisy but tolerable. With regard to the comfort room, it has a hot and cold shower option. The toilet bowl is new. They also have hooks and a towel rack which is a plus. They also offered a hygiene kit which is a plus. They also have an open cabinet which you can hang your clothes and store your personal belongings.

I think the comforter is not newly washed. I am not sure, but it doesn't smelt like it is newly washed. Please ensure that all your beddings are washed appropriately to avoid this incidence.

No Elevator and ramp for wheelchair.I have to carry my father in my back from the main floor to second that is no good for health and safety hazzard I could fall in the stairs while carrying my father.Your hotel should have a policy code regulation from the government.

Close to market and restaurants as well as malls around the city .

The price was cheap, and the location was reasonable. Not too far from anything, but not near either.

There was no breakfast. The front desk told us breakfast will be at 730AM, then when we got there they told us they ran out. This is unnacceptable. There was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy equipment into our room on the 3rd floor ourselves. The bedside table had a busted drawer, and the whole hotel looked/felt old.

Needs to update the hotel thus, the price. Staying overnight is OK but do not expect good service.

The room we had is pretty rough and rundown. Aircon was very loud and old, curtains are badly needed a change cause it was pretty old and dirty. Bathroom was wet and pretty dirty when we came in. In general i would say that its not worthy for the price that we paid for.

The staff of this hotel are always smiling, approachable, helpful, and accommodating to us. The ladies that always sit at the front desk always greet us with a smile. Also, the staff that was on a night duty, was very helpful and accommodating to my husband’s need (finding a smoking area with a fantastic view). The room is spacious and clean it gives you a great value for your money. We checked out very early in the morning so we were not able to thank the ladies at the front desk we’re very grateful though. ?

they dont have an elevator, i got kids with me, senior and i am pregnant too. were located at the 3rd floor. i hope also they can have a different option of meal.
