It was very close and walkable to the station

The facility was little old. There is no smell or anything, but the style was old.

The staff will take a bullet for you. So friendly. The location is great in that is right next to the train agitation as well as the Espana cruise dock. The rooms are very clean and orderly.

It’s a little isolated. You need a cab or a car to do anything else besides the cruise. The hotel is dated and the bed was worn. But the for the price it met my expectations.

We had a very big room with a nice view.

It was very difficult to find the way to the hotel, specially at night. There are no restaurant facilities or even a restaurant nearby. The receptionist had given as options to eat at the nearby town( 10 min) drive. Hotel looked very deserted and half shut.

Lovely welcome from the staff, very helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated but the views from the room made up for it. Absolutely beautiful! The pirate boat trip was great around the bay :)

There was no restaurant / bar. The few things that were open close really early (4pm) even the convince me store closes at 6pm! The town is a bit run down. Train station is close so we took a trip to Toba for dinner which was good!

Location is incredible. Views over the emerald-green bay, wide skies and many green islands.

Love the ryokan style room, it was super comfy and very spacious! Carpark is free and is just 5 min walk away from the pier

The hotel is convenient, near the train station. The staff was very helpful, offering to drive us to the nearest town where there is more restaurants open in the evening.

The rooms are quite old fashion and the terrasse would be nicer with some refurbishing.

Great location, close to the bay, and the ship cruise. A serine, and remote place, with nature all around. The staff was very kind and friendly. I came for a night, stayed for two, and hoped I could have stayed longer.

The location is perfect with beautiful views and very friendly and helpful staff.

The wifi signal to our room was a little bit weak but other than that it is one of the best places we stay at.

Excellent in house onsen. Great location close to the train station and marina.

Not the fault of the hotel but many restaurants were closed during my stay. In room lighting was only given by the main ceiling light.

We were there for two nights and we couldn’t believe how exceptional the service was! For both nights, the hotel staff provided us a lot of information about local cuisine with variety of options for top rated local restaurants. They had a minivan ready to drive us to the restaurants and pick us up when were done with our dinner. And this unexpectedly delightful service was all free! They were even kind enough to stop at a local convenience store for us to buy some midnight snacks after dinner. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean! And the location of the hotel was pretty good too, only 5 minutes from the station! The hotel made our trip much more pleasant! We’re looking forward to staying there again ;)

Staff was friendly, breakfast was really great especially they have shuttle service for having dinner outside of this hotel. Nice location, overall good experience.
