Very helpful and kind staff. Nice breakfast.

Room cleaning wasn’t up to the mark. Also, I couldn’t get free parking.

Staff are very nice. I like the Pillow Bar as well.

There is no way to control the temperature in your room. The hotel is at about 80 degrees and gets warmer on the upper floors..due to heat rising. You are going to have to sleep with the window open. But it's loud outside around the hotel, so a good night's sleep here is difficult.

Loved the pillow bar, coffee & tea station and free hygiene products. The staff were so friendly. It's extremely convenient to stay here if you're visiting Nagashima Spa Land as there is a bus just outside the hotel which will get you there in 30 minutes.

Close to Kuwana station, location is good for going to Suzuka GP.Staff are also very nice

Location is perfect if taking the train or bus to get around. There are shops around as well as attractions that are within a 20-minute walk (Rokkaen and Kyuka Park). The room is compact with the bed facing the window. There are no curtains but rather there are sliding panes. The bed and linens are clean and comfortable. One can request for a different pillow profile.Staff are very helpful and kind. Took their time to explain where everything is at. The hotel allows for bags to be stored before check-in and after check-out times. Breakfast was good and filling.

One pillow in the room, but I think if you request for another, they may agree.

The breakfast is a good selection of western and Japanese food which is a bonus and location is perfect too. There are different choices of pillows which was exceedd our expectation.

Only comments is we went there in Winter but the heater temperature cannot be adjusted. The windows can be opened but we faced the train station and the traffic lights which was noisy to open the window.

4-minute walk from Kuwana station. Staff is very kind and there’s also a luggage storage.

During my stay, I think the aircon was centralized. Not a major issue since I can just open the window for some cold air.

An older hotel but cr is new and overall clean

For the price you pay, you get more than you can ask for. Very conveniently located right in front of the station. The complimentary breakfast is easy beyond what you can expect. It is almost a full spread. The rooms are quite clean.

The pillows are quite uncomfortable to sleep in

The hotel's location is convenient, which is right across the train station. The rooms may be small, but it was clean and comfortable. They also have a pillow bar where you can get different types of pillows aside from the ones already in your room. The free breakfast was very good too. It was great value for money, especially when the room rate is so cheap. Highly recommend!!

Would be nice to have more TV channel selections, but it doesn't affect how much we enjoyed our stay here.

- strategic location, it's close to Kuwana station- there are some amenities like cleansing oli, face wash, face lotion and teeth brush etc- kind staff- super clean room, even though the building looks old- simple procedure for check-in and chec-out

- small room, but it might be acceptable for solo travellers during a couple of stays

Enjoyed the simple selection of Japanese and western food considering it is complimentary. The kitchen ladies were very friendly and helpful.Appreciated having pillow choices and an Amenities bar but was surprised that no shower caps were provided which is a standard item in most hotels.Liked the convenience of being able to leave used towels out in a bag for collection and replacement.Having a long length mirror in the room was helpful rather than relying on the small bathroom mirror.Location next to the Kuwana train station and bus interchange, which made it quicker to travel to Nagashima Spaland.

Our particular room 905 smelt of smoke and the bathroom smelt of mildew as soon as we walked in. We kept the bathroom door open to help air it and keep it dry, but we believe it needs to be properly sanitised.The room was way too cramped for two people and hardly had any space for a suitcase. The desk or the bed had to be used to lay out items and other bags.The big step up into the bathroom is a bit hazardous especially for children and elderly.

The location!! You can't beat the location of this place - right in front of the train station. The pillow bar was a nice touch.

Good location right near train station. Cosy and dated but had all the facilities we needed. Small room typical of many in Japan. Very varied and decent breakfast. Laundry facilities. Pillow bar! Friendly helpful staff. Decent for the price but it is what it is - won't ever be a fancy hotel.

Whole hotel was a bit smoky, even the non smoking rooms. Hotel is dated and older. Beds hard but we slept well.

Adult program on tv does disturb me, hope you can change to a normal tv channel.

A convenient location for Nagashima Spaland. The bus stopped outside. The staff were friendly and helpful and stored our luggage for us. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

Rooms are quite small even for 2 people.
