The resort is very spacious with some good facilities for kids

The resort is too big that make walking to some spots not possible. However renting a golf cart need extra fee

The resort is very big and quiet which is very peaceful. After checked out, I left my item (teddy bear) behind and realized it when I had already return to the city. I then tried to contact the hotel and received a very helpful respond very quickly. Finally staffs (Taniguchi-san) managed to send back my teddy bear to deliver to the hotel I stayed in the city just before I left to airport. Very impressed!!

It's a little far from city area (ie. restaurants, convenience stores) and driving down the hill in the dark is quite difficult to drive.

Abundant space in rooms - 47 sqm ín Japan!, a good onsen, spaceous house, kind staff.

A bit far off for a stopover, but if you come for a wedding party, a beach weekend, or for golf, nice. Pity that our stay was early spring.

Definitely a really good place to stay. Full of beautiful nature, very serene, and peaceful. In the evening there was free stargazing experience that they offer, along with marshmallow by the campfire.The staff and the services were excellent! Top notch hospitality. The onsen was also great, a much needed relaxation after a long day.I will definitely return and stay here again next time

Sprawling resort that is perfect for slow and easy holidays. We love the many complimentary activities, like marshmallow-toasting under the stars and rides to the seaside to catch the sunset; abundant amenities for relaxation, like hammocks and deck chairs in serene parts of the resort.There are walking/running trails around, which are great for exploration and exercise. Be sure to book a set dinner at the restaurant - food is top rated and visually stunning. We had two servings of Matsusaka beef - one grilled with miso and the other done as a western-style steak - and they turned out to be one of the best things we ate on our 14D retreat in Japan.The cosy lobby lounge offers free coffee in the afternoons, and guests are welcome to put their favourite vinyls on.

Our room was fully carpeted, so it was a little musty and triggered our dust allergy. We just dealt with it with our antihistamine.

isolated from other shops so you must have a car to drive out to eat

I liked a bit old fashioned mood of this hotel very much. The lobby with bookshelves and vinyl records was among my favorites. Dinner was just perfect! Shuttle bus service to see the sunset on the Ago Bay was also very memorable.

The place is luxury. Bonfire. Sunset. Stargazing, Yacht, Views, Food. Reasonable Prices.

Only one place for dinner. So it was slightly inconvenient. No food in the hotel shop.

We stayed two nights in the hotel. The hotel is well maintained and the room is spacious and modernized Japanese style room. Dinner is good and breakfast is buffet with good standard. Overall value for money choice for us in autumn.

Guest rooms are from 2/f to 4/f and we were in 3/f but the view are blocked by trees.

Food at the restaurant was quite expensive

Has lots of activities star gazing, sunset beach, mini golf, golf, pearl hot spring , cycling . Also when we do not need to clean the room we were offered 2000 yen a day that could be off set for food and stuff we spend in the hotel.

Most of the activities need to pay.

A lot of festive activities for Halloween, maybe activities you can join, very nice onsen and finally a restaurant with scrumptious set dinner

It's out of the way if you aren't driving and getting around the various facilities either means a lot of walking or renting a buggy. Regular shuttle buses around the compound would be helpful

Nice hotel with a lot of different activities to offer. The onsen is modern style with a good design.

You should go with an all inclusive package to enjoy the experience. Cheap rooms do not have views (at all).

The 2 meals are fantastic! Way beyond my expectations. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly.Good location to watch stars at the night.The most highlighted thing is of course the MIKIMOTO pearl onsen and facial treatment!

The room we stayed is outdated, but very spacious.The staff couldn't speak English well.Better to book the activities at least 1 week in advance. Especially the MIKIMOTO pearl facial treatment, but seems they only accept reservation via phone.

The hotel is located in the beautifully well maintained national park with golf course, sunset beach, yoga terrace etc. The hot spring spa, friendly staff, lots of marine sports activities, spacious and clean room, delicious Japanese breakfast. Nice amenities and they even provided bug spray etc., in the room

The resort is big and we enjoy a good time inside. The dinner is over expectation. The hot spring is wonderful.

Breakfast was the best, good variety and nutritious with both protein and vegetables. Loved the onsen too! High quality luxurious property with consistent friendly service from all staff. Small details like smooth check-in, onsen facilities, postal service, shuttle bus added to the extra touch.
