Pros +
- Toilet is clean and very close to the station
- The closeness to the station was very convenient. I was afraid it could be bad because of the noise from the trains, but I heard nothing. It feels like a hotel more geared towards japanese guests, but the staff was very nice and helpful whenever we had questions. It feels lile
- Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent as well. Bed and room were spacious.
Cons -
- The food.
- hallways are not air conditioned
- The breakfast options were quite limited for international travelers. Very unsatisfactory! White bread ? and jam / margarine only!

great location. staff was great and held on to something i dropped with the rest of my luggage i stored there. laundry is fairly cheap and they sell detergent on site.
hallways are not air conditioned
We like the location. It is so close to the train station and restaurants. The hotel was very new and well kept. Our room was clean and quiet even very close to train stations. They offered basic breakfast but enough choices for us. We like this hotel and wish to spend more time here in the future.
Location

The location is close to the train station so very convenient. Price is very reasonable with breakfast included.
The location is great. I arrived by car but the hotel is literally in front of the train station. It is also close to a variety of restaurants and in walking distance to the Matsusaka Castle (20 minutes). The free breakfast was also not bad. The staff does not speak English very well, but we were able to communciate using some translation app, and they are really friendly and helpful!
The hotel room is small. Not the smallest that I ever stayed in Japan, though.
The breakfast was nice and simple which saved me a lot of time. The hotel also provided many amenities.
The self check-in was a disappointment because when I reached the hotel, the front desk staff was available but instead I was told to interact with a machine. Also, the input panel was in alphabetical order, not like a keyboard, which was difficult to use.
Location and friendly staffs
The toilet bowl is cracked
Good location from Matsusaka Station. Have Free Breakfast. BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel is good teasing and pricing with open until midnight
The time to check in is only 4 pm to 10 pmHowever, I came 15 minutes late but the staff still stayed and waited for me as requested. Thank for that. Can't find where to get pajamas
Close to the train station and free breakfast.
