APA Hotel Suzuka-Chuou

Clean room, comfortable bed. Nice staff, easy check out.

Easy to locate, welcoming staff, superb car park, clean, a great breakfast, everything about the place was good.

I have no criticism to make of this inexpensive but good hotel.

Walking distance to mall and 7-eleven on your doorstep. Nice sized rooms and very clean.

At level 1, there are washing machines, dryers and microwave.

No bottle water provide on 2nd day onwards.

Free parking, easy to find and includes breakfast, comfort and big beds room

May be later check out and extend breakfast time

Our room was clean. The staff were all polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store just a few steps from the hotel.

The instructions for the air conditioning were all in Japanese, which I do not understand. There were no television channels in English.

The staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel and rooms very tidy and well presented. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good selection of food and drink. There was also an Onsen/sauna for guests available which was great to relax in however for mens only at the time. The hotel is conveniently located just a couple minutes walk to the shopping centre and also a range of local restaurants.

A new females only Onsen was being built on the ground floor during our stay which my family only just missed out on being able to use. There also seemed to be a strong chemical smell in the lift however this seemed due to the building works at the time.

Good location, staff friendly, room clealiness, new facility more than expectation.

Only onsen for men

Liked the reception and all the help and guidance

Pillows were a bit thin and not fluffy. This is the only downside

good value for money, but in industrial location. only good if traveling by own car.

Apa hotels are always great- the roomwas a little stylish and I liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The front staff really helped me out when my tablet wouldn’t connect to our rooms wifi…it was only registering other rooms! They let me connect to the wifi in an unoccupied room next door!

The breakfast buffet was a bit sparse- I expected a little more selection. The food itself was fine, though.

Breakfast is very good. They provide parking area. Location is good also for shopping.

wifi condition is not good, we cannot access wifi and network.

ease of checkin procedure, very courteous and attentive staff.
