The owner speaks Mandarin with a Taiwanese accent and is very friendly and welcoming.The open-air bath offers a nice night view over Ise City, though depending on the season, it can feel quite cold outside.The room itself is a quite.Although the front desk staff mostly speak only Japanese, so some communication might be a challenge for non-Japanese speakers, but they are patient with foreigner who can't speak Japanese.

On weekends, the hotel becomes very crowded—both the elevator and the baths were quite packed during our stay.There is a shuttle service, but it runs on a limited schedule and requires booking in Japanese at the front desk. If you plan to visit Ise Jingu and return in the evening with luggage, you may need to call a taxi to the station to catch the shuttle. Note that calling a taxi to the hotel includes a pickup charge.

The staff were nice. Their coin laundry is open 24hrs (2 washing machine & 2 dryers available). The breakfast they serve is healthy. And there’s free coffee in the morning~

Quite a walk from Iseshi station but there are bus stops nearby. And the room we stayed in has a bit of a smell.

Dated rooms with lots of dusts all over the furnitures. I travel to Japan regularly for vacations and this is the least clean room I have been in.

The rooms were very very small and so was the onsen

The hotel is a bit off the tourist trail but they provide shuttle services to pick up guests from and to the Iseshi train station. The staffs are very friendly! There’s an open air hot spring on the rooftop terrace which overlooks the Iseshi. Very delicious breakfast! They also provide free drinks and coffee.

Hotel staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Hotel has great facilities. Unfortunately I booked a smoking room. Room was well equipped and more than comfortable enough for the price.

Many car parks available for free. Good onsen.

Room looks old and there was a bad smell of carpet. Needed to open the window to release the smell. Less socket for charging electric devices.

Plenty of parking, also for bikes and bicycles. Nice breakfast. Nice onsen. A convenient store across the street. Free drink service (one drink) for welcome.

The onsen was very nice!!!!! the room was decent. we enjoyed our stay, good location too.

The onsen was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The window at the onsen was so dirty that I could not even see the view. I felt uncomfortable seeing the spiders outside the window. Also, the air conditioner inside the room was noisy.

not clean. There was no sense of cleanliness, and when I returned to the room when I asked for cleaning, there was a table on the chair. Also a bunch of hair and dust on the toilet seat. There was a corpse of an insect about 2 to 3 cm in the dressing room of the public bath. The front door was also dirty, not even after it had been wiped. I felt that the system to welcome customers was not made at all. I don't want to go there again.

Breakfast was the same each day, more than a rwo night stay would have been dull.The public bath was only warm, certainly not hot.The 990 yen taxi fare to and from iseshi station made it expensive for hotels of this type

They were very friendly at check in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not welcoming for foreigners. No english speaking staff, don't even try to speak slowly in japanese. No information about the breakfast when you book it : Not everybody can eat seaweeds and grilled fish at 7am. Not even a coffee available. Nothing against it it's Japan but it could be ice to be informed.
