The service of the housekeeper is very helpful.

The front desk is not helpful to assist us and not being nice. The water in the shower is not coming out properly. The A/C is not getting cold. My driver couldn’t come back to the hotel to check us after check out.

Competitive price for the area

Staff was more interested in harping on the policies, than being friendly and welcoming.Before I went into the room, they told me I had to put up a deposit, and if there was any stains on the sheet, I would have to pay for it. Putting up a deposit is kind of silly for someone pre-paying with a credit card.The thermostat was broken on the AC.

Free common water outside the room

Not sound proof, noisy at night. Snoring is everywhere.

Budget friendly

There was no bidet. Shower is old style, I cannot adjust. No appliances, even an electric kettle is not available, but they do have water dispenser where you have to go by yourself to the reception area.

It was clean. Location is good

It was old. Needs updating. Bathroom facilities inconsistent. One room had a good clean bathroom the other had a peeling ceiling, smelled musty

Though I must say those at the reception are reallh accomodating and patient in answering inquiries. There is toilet paper available. The price is competitive.

The room is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, the brown blankets are stained. There are small cockroaches, the restroom is poorly made and very old. I had to disinfect a lot of things. The shower curtains are really old. The bathroom wall tiles have random holes. The window view is blocked by another structure. The bathroom ceiling also have an ill fitted hole directly above the shower.The partitions are hollow or even of lightweight material that even the cough of a person in the other room can be heard.

Food

No windows. With cockroach. Bedding are no longer white.

This place could be so much better.to be clear there is no restaurant and bar.there are a couple tables in reception thats it.there is no garden just a warer feture in the corner outside .they a paranoid about smoking to the point you cant smoke outside on there premises.no where to sit outside with a beer or smoke.although theres plenty of room.

Staffs are quite friendly and accomodating

The pillow is not soft and not so comfy. The reception is on the second floor so if you go for the first time you will be lost not unless you will ask the guard

near the town proper and you could walk around

the air conditioner was not in good condition, cannot be adjusted and was very dusty. there was no available bathroom nor bedroom slippers and it was very noisy, you can hear the voices talking and even shouting on the other room as in literal na "dingding lang ang pagitan". in fairness towels and soap was provided so thank you for that.
