El Puerto Marina Beach Resort and Vacation Club

The food was good

First night in room, the shower did not work. The toilet did not work. There was no internet. We were moved to another room. Second room TV did not work. No internet. Rest of stay we had no TV, we had to go to restaurant for internet. Terrible !!!

Approachable and considerate.?

The swimming pools in Aqua Marina, Not welcoming. needs repainting.. Not instagramable, not good in taking photos.

The property was nice and quiet. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and accommodating.

Nobody ever came to clean our room in the five days we were there. Also there was no phone in the room if we needed anything.

The fresh air, the ambience and the staff.

None so far.

Food was ok thats it

Pools were super dirty. bugs everywhere

Staff’s are very friendly and helpful. Very good location . Is what we hope for beach view . The villa is spacious, good air condinioned, quite clean, well maintained gardens, however there are cockroach around found 1 dead on the floor in one of the bedroom. No hooks to hang a towel on one of the bathroom. The doorknob on one of the bedroom is falling apart need attention. No cutleries. A few issues that need improvements.

Peaceful environment.

Utilities are fairly new but maintainance is a but of a miss. Cant even take a good shower cause the showerhead was clogged. Room was also small for the price they were asking.

Clean roomGood parking space

Not worth it for the the price of 6,600++ via booking.com or 8000 via front deskNo complimentary toiletries such as toothpaste toothbrushShampoo container was emptySoap was cheap, hard and doesnt even clean ur bodyNo wifi signalCable -not workingWater-weak

Breakfast was ok.

Portions were fine. But the food could be warmer. Coffee was bad!

Good parking space. Good food. Good water activities with multiple pools. Good staff service. The air conditioning unit seems brand new. Beds seem clean enough.

We received no toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and grooming kit which most hotels provide. There is also no WiFi signal inside the rooms and the television signal is weak. Would also note that there was no complimentary coffee station in the room like most hotels provide.

I like the friendliness and accommodation of the staffs.

The room we stayed is a bit old and not well maintained. The water pressure is weak, the drain in the shower is clogged, the aircon is weak in the children room.

The peaceful atmosphere. The staff was very kind and accommodating.
