EVERYTHING!! But especially the staff.

No closets. But I live with that.

We liked almost everything the hotel had to offer.

We weren't notified of the extra charge for stained sheets. We needed to pay for the cleaning of the sheets as well.

The staff and the convenient location.

The cafe doesn’t open early, but its okay.

My room (5th floor) during my second stay was noisy due to ktv in 4th floor during the night?

Friendly staff, clean facility.

Greedy business practices and unclear policies. The room which they said was good for 3 adults could only fit two, forcing us to pay for extra beds. The prices for the extra beds differed for some odd reason with one room being 500 per night and the other being 1,500 per night which they tried to justify by saying that because we booked two rooms the second room would receive a higher price for the extra bed (Essentially if we booked the 2 rooms separately we’d only be paying 500 per night for the each extra bed in both rooms - which was validated by the receptionist). To add to that, we received an email saying that our request for early check in had been approved but upon arrival at the hotel we were told we’d need to pay over 2k for early check in despite the rooms already being seemingly available.

Loved the cafe downstairs.

Limited choices. Would have appreciated a buffet - even cereal options and fruit for those who don't stomach the fried Filipino foods well.

The hotel looked way better than the pictures. The staff were amazing and the rooms were spacious and nice. Room service was amazing as well.

The location near SM

The Front Staff were not friendly at all, upon check in and during our stay as well. Every time we ask for complimentary water they give 2 where we r 3 in the room with a kid! We asked for more water on our last day and they told us to pay 25 pesos for the complimentary water! Until we spoke to the supervisor and he gave it for free! Very rude front desk ladies. The room was never clean although its small! There was always hair in the floors, they do not swipe their floors with soap and water only broom. We stayed 5 nights and the stain on the floor was always there!

Cozy and modern

I liked the place in general since everything is new and clean. The room is really big and good for families.I think the breakfast options are also pretty decent. The staff are really great and very polite and are really helpful.

WIFI is a bit weak. Need to come close near our hotel room entrance to get us connected.

Staff are very accommodating and the place is easy to find. The room is well cleaned and sanitized.

The accommodation rate should already include breakfast.

The location is very strategic. Accessible to famous towns, supermarkets & resto.Breakfast is fabulous. I would suggest visitors to try thei Bangus with atsara, the atsara is kinda differrent, it is so delicious.Bedroom is huge, so much space, & the view (Ricefield) is magnificent.. sunset view .

They lost the casing of my IDs.I just cant imagine how can it possibly happened, someone took it?

We have stayed in Levo 3 times and they have all been great. Rooms are super clean, staff are always accommodating, plenty of parking and thank you to the amazing security guards. We live on Manila and have stayed in various hotels near MOA, BGC and Makati and I can say Levo is up to par and even better then the city hotels.
