Lenox Hotel

Location that meet my needs

I got the family room 218. My wedding coordinator dropped off our wedding clothes on Wednesday during the day she was in there with a hotel worker and took pics of the beds showing no extra towels on bed. when we checked out they charged me 1000 Pecos.

We arrived in the hotel with no water available in the bathroom and washing sink For some reasons water supply came in late at nite but not that strong..the room sorrounding is so noisy can hear chickens and even the guests walking in the hallways

Location is close to everything. Checking in and out is very easy. Room and facility is kept clean. Breakfast choices are great. Room service is amazing. Staff are exceptional.

Breakfast has a lot of options and the location is in city proper.

Price is at the high side.

The staff were amazing. Very happy with their service. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Their restaurant, Cafe Feliz, is really great. The taste is great and the prices are reasonable. Wifi signal is strong. I was able to work. If slippers or cups are needed, it can be requested. Parking is also easy and the hotel location is convenient. No fridge but for the room cost, it is acceptable. Will definitely stay at this hotel when I go back to Dagupan.

We have asked the staff to prepare our breakfast in advance the day we were leaving but the kitchen staff did not bother complying this request. We left empty handed.

The property is very clean. The staff were very respectful

The front appears a little dirty. Please clean the glass doors with window cleaner

Breakfast is not too bad, The Location is right in the city, next door to shops.

The supervisor loudly gives other staff words while we are having breakfast.

Not much.!

No fridge in the room,no coffee or other little amenities like that,no cups or spoons. The only thing was a kettle and two glasses. What are the two glasses and a kettle? To up grade to a room with a fridge was going to cost over 1000 pasoes ? and only the fridge, still no amenities. Also, at breakfast, you can only get one drink per person.

The staff was helpful and friendly

The facility is in need of upgrading. Our bed in rm.215 squeaks a lot when you move. Our safe didn’t work and corners of our room wasn’t cleaned. Our kids liked their room so that was important.

Breakfast is good, many selections

Facility is great.. though we were told when we checked in that there will be under construction where we agreed as long as not so noisy .. one day while we were resting we smelled a very strong paint so we complained & they fixed it.. they placed a big fan outside . Not enough hot water when we take a bath ..

Convenient; near the transport

The elevator floor rug is filthy; needed a new floor rug

Closeness to some in town business we attended to. We also visited Bolasi beach about 45 minutes drive away.

The parking lot has to many children begging for money through the fence.

Easy to find, good parking, comfortable bed, good size room, helpful staff

Breakfast was poor, tea was luke warm, selection was limited to cheaper options on menu, long wait for food to be delivered

Free breakfast. Clean rooms

Bathroom is very tiny but clean

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food at breakfast was really lovely.

There was work of some kind going on and the smell of lacquer was overwhelming at times. The air conditioning turned off when you left the room which meant it became really hot after being out for the day. We asked for a spare key to keep it running which the staff provided..

The location

The bed creaks every time you move, air con too loud.Linens and towels are old

It was very small and old inside the rooms. Box air con - really?

The interior of the hotel is nice and relaxing, we appreciated the nice staff and rooms.

The hotel is located directly across from an open air trash dump, in which the hotel parking is located right next to as well - it is pretty stinky. The parking lot attendant is great to ensure you cross back over the busy street to the hotel with traffic support.

Accesible to the all transport and it is located in the heart of the city

The food (breakfast) is not good enough to price that I have paid
