    • Very clean and organized . Friendly staff great location
    • Location was great.
    • Proximity to manaoag church

    Cons -

    • Music was too loud at dinner in the restaurant
    • We stayed at this hotel because we heard this was a great hotel. When we first checked in, the lady that checked us in wasn't as helpful. Was more concerned if we had our passports and currency available. Once we were given our hotel key it was provided with a wifi passcode that did not work, plus was given one ticket daily for breakfast and a coffee. so everyday if you wanted to get breakfast for the next day you would have to go to the front desk. Wifi code expires after three days, called for the new password and was given two different coded neither of them worked. Had to find another place to use wifi. The location of the room was not the best with traveling with big carry on luggage. You had to take elevator to second floor then walk back down a flight of stairs and located at the bottom of the hotel. We were located next to the house keeping. Which was very loud each morning. Rooms were very small. Could not walk on each side of the bed. The end of the bed touched the area where to store things. The door to the bathroom couldn't fully be open all the way and the door also blocked the sink. Had to wash hands at one end of the sink. The shower had a hard time draining had to call front desk to fix issue. Shower only had front piece of glass and other half open so water got everywhere. Once checked out we had a deposit with pesos, we had to wait until housekeeping fully inspected our room to be given back our pesos. Wish the security would help with getting a tricycle, since it was on a busy road it was hard to get one.
    • Tiny bathroom, few good restaurants, flight of stairs from elevator to room which made it hard when carrying luggage

Staff were very helpful and professional

The bathroom facilities need to be improved. Add bars on the wall where DWP could cling to to prevent fall.

    7CarinaPosted on: 11-12-2025

    It’s very near the Basilica

Rooms were not ready even beyond 2pm. Staff almost gave us wrong type of room. Not enough toiletries for 2 guests. :(

Location, location… we wanted a stay that’s near the Manaoag Church- it was just a short walking distance ? And they have an in-house restaurant that serves excellent food! A big plus for us! The rooms are immaculately clean, the front desk staff are extremely friendly and accommodating , free parking is also a big plus.

Nothing, and to the staff: keep up the good job ?

Breakfast has good variety, the Mana resto is well-presented. The staff are amazing- Chris and the rest of the team are very pleasant, respectful and attentive. The staff in the reception like Heart and her colleagues are very helpful and professional. Housekeeping are excellent!

A hiccup in relation to towels but managed well by Cathy.

Location, professional staff, cleanliness, awesome breakfast buffet with great service

Would not accept Philippine Senior Discount, let me suggest if booked thru Booking.com, at least honor “half discount”

Room and breakfast were OK. Restaurant was excellent

There were around 16 steps between the door of the elevator and the room and we must carry on our luggage

Clean, delicious food at breakfast, very near the Manaoag Church

    Location to the church

Breakfast can be improved - (buffet) can be simple but better choice

    8AuPosted on: 1-3-2025

Located walking distance from Manaoag church. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were new, modern, clean and smells good. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of universal outlets and wifi was fast. Amenities were also provided.

The door opening to the bathroom was inconvenient. It had little space to move around. No shower curtain, so there was a tendency that the bathroom floor will get wet when you shower.

The personnel were very helpful and accomodating. They were extra attentive to the needs of my senior citizen dad. The location was wonderful. It was very near the Manaoag church so I could park in the hotel parking lot and we'd walk (or take a tricycle) to the church. When I checked out, brought my car to the church, thinking I could park there, and realized that was not feasible, we went back to the hotel and the guard allowed us to park again so we could go to church on Christmas day. Kudos to kuya--malaking tulong po sa amin ng daddy ko yun!

One food order in particular did not sit well with us--roast chicken. It was undercooked so I had to request that it be cooked again. The chef accomodated our request without delay. The rest of our food orders during our stay were okay especially the bangus sisig. Portions were also sizable. There was also buffet breakfast on Christmas day ?

    Close to basilica

Lack of amenities. No soap. Paper cups. Small room. Poor room layout. Breakfast was mediocre.

    3LyzaPosted on: 8-22-2024

    New

No kuna/crib/pack and play for small children. We requested for it and the front desk said they dont have it.

    8DennisPosted on: 6-29-2024

Overall, the hotel was good. However, with all the blackouts, it was hard on all the cell phones and other things to charge.

The meals at the restaurant we're quite good. However, they could have given us Eggs that were cooked but not sitting around for a long time and cooling down.

    8ArbyPosted on: 6-15-2024

Location is very accessible to the church and to our ancestral home in Poblacion..Loved Manaoag Hotel and the restaurant..Staff are all lovely respectful and accomodating. Will be staying again to your hotel when we go back in the Philippines…Thank You Very Much..

The cleanliness of the floor..a bit dusty when we checked in on our second time..

    9EmilyPosted on: 4-24-2024

Hotel is fairly new and still in great condition. Security Bellman and restaurant stuff very friendly.

It can be noisy with traffic and karaoke surrounding the hotel. Front desk can work on being a little bit more friendlier but other staff were excellent, super friendly.

    9BaguiorunnerPosted on: 4-6-2024

It was a very decent place to stay, especially since we stayed there for only one night. We left to have our car blessed at Manaoag Church. We went out early to avoid the long queue, especially since it was Easter Sunday, so it was a memorable day for our family. We returned, ate breakfast, attended the 2024 Easter Sunday mass, and left. This is where you can check in and leave your car since parking near Manaoag Church is difficult.

The elevator suddenly glitched when we were inside, going down to the ground floor.

Very clean and very accommodating staff

Just the drainage in the shower, please fix (205)
