Bergamo Hotel Lingayen

The structure is ok except no window

The water supply smells like from sewage it’s really bad ,please make the management take care of the issue.

Bathroom had a bad smellToilett didn't workBed was very hardNo windowsYou can everything through the walls

Affordable, clean, lovely staff, very accomodating, very quiet good place to relax, staff are very professional and helpful.

Centrally located. Staff are attentive. Room is excellent.

Hallways are dark

breakfast is good, it is plated but hindi tinipid. with soup and fresh fruits pa for dessert.it could take time serving it when there’s only 1 staff attending and if sabay sabay kakain mga guest. so, impt to tell them what time ka mag bbreakfast so they can prepare ahead of time.

the pool. they need to clean it. we arrived 8 in the evening so i though baka the following day, malilinis na. when we went in the morning, it is still the same. you can see the sand in the tiles.

Close to poblacion. Room is spacious. Free bottled water. Self service beverage station. Breakfast is good! Staff is helpful especially maam Susan.

TV’s are outdated. No netflix. There’s a lot of blue color with their theme which is ok but I prefer warm color as it is more relaxing.

Location and great ambiance

Breakfast inclusive is not buffet . You have to pre order your choice and very small portion don’t have the alternative to skip or double a portion of a protein.

Apart from the beautiful interiors, comfortable beds and black out curtains, the staff was exceptional. My kids loved the food served at their restaurant. We recommend the sisig and the buffalo wings. I got what I wanted when I booked: A quiet, exquisite night to welcome my birthday. Thank you, Bergamo!

We were excited about the roofdeck bar. Unfortunately, when we checked in, it was closed. Access was still available though so we enjoyed the evening up there anyway.

The location is near the market, and stores. Just a few walk from salon and fast food restaurant.

The management does not practice safety standards for their employee's safety. I saw their employee's cleaning dirty facilities with their bare hands, not wearing a glove. If the management are not concerned with their own employees, how could I trust this hotel to be concerned with my health safety either? You should treat your employee's right, and they will take care of your business.Staying in this hotel is a bit pricey, and a pair of gloves for each of your employees are not too much to spend.Because of this health risk for everyone, I will give this hotel a failed review.

Staff

Being charged for more than 2 people in the room when I already had to pay extra for a room with 3 beds, breakfast menu. Water was shut off and cleaned out repeatedly for several days after all the guests I met including myself and my fiance.

Breakfast is best and the staff are courteous.

The bathroom and the shower door .

Accessible to the beach and market. Staff were amazing and well trained. Kudos to all of you!

The dinner that we had was not that good. The salmon from Sinigang tasted very old frozen ones, plus the raddish was also old. Karderetang kambing was too salty.

I like their breakfast serving. The room was really big. There's also hot water.

Breakfast was great!

Surprised that a credit/debit card was not an option to pay additional charges like room service, etc.

Breakfast was very good

The toilet area would always get wet when bathing.

Perfect stay for my guests
