The staff is very accommodating and kind. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Our room was just beside the reception office, which in the early morning was a bit noisy and we could hear an alarm. Also, we were told that we couldn't eat or drink on the premises of the swimming pool, but no warning signs were visible in the area.

Great location, attached restaurant was good.

Low water pressure in the shower. The room was on the small side. I didn’t like that the a/c would turn off when you left the room because the electric plastic card was attached to the key chain. Wish the electric would stay on even when you’re not in the room. This made it impossible to use the small fridge because no power and the room was hot for 30 minutes until it cools back down once you returned an installed the little plastic card to activate the electricity.

Limited hours of operation in the restaurant, availability of parking space . Service at the dining area was long and shortage of staff

Family room should have atleast 1 1/2 or 2 bathroom , a little bit bigger space to be able to accommodate larger group.

The property was close to the 100 hundred island. Unfortunately, the bad weather caused us not to explore the island.

Nothing to dislike about the property.

Good location, close to the hundreds island. They offer free shuttle. Very polite and accommodating staff. Hot water and good water pressure.

We booked for 2 nights room 205 and our first morning we found a dead huge cockroach under the table, I inform the receptionist she apologize and told me they will clean it but later at night while my partner and I were chilling at the bed a MASSIVE COCKROACH just suddenly appeared at my partner side of the bed!!! Of course we informed again the receptionist and offered us to transfer to other room, but at this point we not sure if the other rooms are cleaned and don’t have cockroaches but we just agreed and we didn’t sleep properly. And the next morning, AGAIN we saw a baby cockroach crawling in the cabinet! Also no soundproof, very loud noise from the outside.

1)The breakfast is not really good, we do not have much choices.2) The bathroom is always wet, as the coverings in the shower is not enough.3) There is no view in the room that we stayed, it would be nicer if there is.

The pool which did not have a deep end and the water was soothingly warm.

That there was no space to lounge comfortably.

I hope it would be a buffet breakfast or more choices or more varieties of foods.

The tissue,soap and shampoo were short.The bathroom floor is always wet when you shower,I hope to have a clothes- washer or dryer only can do for your visitors always going for a swimming.

The hotel was clean and tidy.The staff were very friendly.All facilities worked properly.The cafe actually made ice coffee with milk instead of water.The hotel had a small van to take you anywhere for free.

Had to find accommodation in a hurry as other booking was not right. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is on the smaller side, however this was clear when we booked it. Good value for money as a stopover.

theres just no beautiful view around, and only one restaurant nearby which even closes at 5pm ..

It is accessible to Lucap & to the city. It is safe.VeryThe staff are easy to talk with very accomodating.

Breakfast was fine. Fruit would have been nice in addition, but the bangus especially was great.

The location is perfect! Swimming pool area was very tidy and clean. Free ebike to drop off and pick up within the vicinity. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the receptionists ? Excellent value for money???

The safety deposit box is not secured down.And the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Bland food - not what we were expecting, considering the price of their menu. UNSAFE SEATS - my family and I went to dine here a few days ago, and my wife accidentally jammed one of her fingers in the wooden chairs while she was moving it to sit. Most of the nails/ screws on their wooden chairs are loose and you could lift up the wooden part that you sit on, and see some of the nails sticking out. My wife's finger was bleeding a lot, and a part of her skin was cut off. The staff assisted her with applying antiseptic and bandage on the wound, and they tried to fix the damaged chairs when we left. HOWEVER, this whole incident could've been prevented if they were following proper safety & hazard rules. OVERALL, It was an unpleasant experience for my wife and family. WOULDNT recommend dining here.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great.

When we arrived, one of the beds was not prepared with the bed sheets, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was great with local products like the Alaminos longanissa. Our overall rate is very positive. We would return.

The shower of room 303 was not working properly. We managed to use it but not fully. That room has no windows, which is a pity.
