The bed was not comfortable. It was old and worn out. And the carpet needs to be cleaned.

Easy to locate, good breakfast, excellent facilities like washing machines for clothes, an on-site onsen, coffee available at certain times, staff helpful.

From Aizu-wakamatsu station walk 20-25 min.and far from sightseeing area and restaurant street.

Staff very nice. Breakfast it was ok. The wash machine and dry machine was very good and easy to use. They changed everyday the password from the woman public bath.

It was all very old and looked not so good care. The public bath looked not so clean. I payed cheaper in other hotel that it was much better. I think it was quite expensive for what they offered.

For a standard hotel we were surprised with the size of the room and the amenities of the hotel (public bath included). The breakfast was simple but fine and the location is very easy to find. There a lot of shops and restaurants close-by for those traveling by car.

The bathrooms are always quite small in Japan, but this one was very very tiny.

Room is clean and spacious and love the public bath/onsen. Nice choices of restaurants nearby the hotel.

The availability of a complimentary carpark right at the hotel and a public bath (onsen style) is a plus. The hotel is within walking distance to many eateries and shopping malls for daily necessities. There were quite a number of laundry machines and dryers available, which is rare in Japan.

The room is of standard size; however, the bathroom is really tidy. The breakfast spread was okay - mainly serving more local food. Internet speed was considered slow, and intermittently, it was being disconnected.

Very friendly staff, great room and facilities, onsen and massage chairs, vending machines and laundry. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection and good taste, I loved the restaurant with excellent service and super tasty food at dinner, I enjoyed it every evening. If every Route Inn had such great food I would consider staying more often.

As a backpacker with a heavy backpack it was a bit uncomfortable to reach from the station as there is no public transport station nearby, also my room had a strong smell of old sweat, I could not locate the source of the smell, and I was afraid it was I, but it definitely wasn't me ;-)

The room is quite spacious as compared to other regular hotel in the big city. Not a new hotel but the cleanliness is good. The breakfast was really nice. There are several family restaurants and small supermarket near the hotel in a walking distance.I rent a car, so there is no comment about public transport. A lot of parking lots are provided free of charge.I have extra requested for two nearby room, the hotel can make it. You can easily contact the hotel staff via booking.com inbox.

The staff are exceptional. Very formal, but friendly.The breakfast is very good with a good variety on offer.Rooms are clean and cleaned daily if required.The beds are firm which suited me.

The breakfast service is mainly Japanese style, but also can get some western meals such as sausage, scramble egg, and coffee.There is sufficient parking lots for self-driving traveller, and the location is convenient, which is surrounding by kinds of restaurants and a large supermarket. They also provide a big bath pool, which is a very relaxing service.

Everything works. Clean and tidy. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance. Free parking on site. Public onsen and buffet breakfast were good.

Make sure you choose the non-smoking floors if you're not a smoker.
