Pros +
- Comfortable room, professional staff, a hot bath and a great breakfast buffet.
- The hotel is Located near Shin-Shirakawa which is quite easy to find and it also had easy check-in procudures.Friendly staff.Breakfast was tasty.
- Nicer beds and slightly larger rooms than other, similar hotels I have stayed in. And an onsen too!
Cons -
- The room was not as quiet as the people above me were stomping around at all hours of the night. The bed was hard and the pillow was made of feathers and buckwheat, making it quite unpleasant to s leep
- * location a bit far from the station; the road surface is very rough, there is no pedestrian zone, and there are no streetlights, so walking with a suitcase, especially at night, is not very pleasant* weird air conditioning setup - I was asked to avoid using air conditioning in cooling mode because it affects all other rooms* the furniture, bathroom show signs of aging, rust visible at the bathroom entrance * normal key instead of card
- everything OK
