The air conditioning unit outside bedroom shook the room all night long and I had to sleep on the kitchen floor. Messaged the property who haven’t bothered to reply. Stay elsewhere

It was a small and simple room but that's all we needed for one night stay on our way to Sendai. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. We had a car so the location was fine for us. Very clean, well presented hotel.

It was clean and tidy and quiet. Basic necessities like you’d expect. Provided soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Onsite laundry was only ¥400 and drying was ¥100. Just don’t put too much in or it will take a long while to dry.

I booked it to spend time at Ebisu Circuit for the Summer Matsuri so I had a rental car already, but there isn’t much in walking distance to look around on foot. There are two Konbinis near by though if needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when questions were asked. They even tried to use English and if they could not explain something they used google translate to overcome any issues, The room was very clean, and I loved the body soap that was supplied. Very nice smell.

The bed was too hard and the pillow was also too hard and small. There was no head support from the pillow. Also the small and I mean small refrigerator in the room was not working very well at all. I purchased some milk and placed it in the fridge and in the morning it was not as cold as you would expect the milk to be.

Always friendly and accommodating, they meet all needs with any addititional requirements such as extra pillows. Night fgowns provided if required, Rooms are always cleaned every day.

Really uncomfortable all around about the same as a motel 6. Very grateful for the accommodation and the kindness of the staff but they were also relatively absent and the price was pretty high for relative discomfort. Makes sense as it’s one of the only good options. Would stay again if I had to.

I would stay again if rates were just as good. Great accomodation. Beautiful mountain views. Cheap taxi from Fukushima station and even cheaper bus trip. Close to 711 and Lawsons. Very convenient. Loved the free robes to borrow from the lobby also.

Staff member did not speak very much English but we just managed to get by. However staff very friendly and smiley. Cleaning lovely also.

First of all all the stuffs are really formal and kind. There’s an option for checkin online. The parking is Huggeee…Location is pretty cool ! just 20 m from the Highway exit. All the ships and conbini are within 2km.The room cleaning services done by old lady is really kind and hard working. The bathroom is awesome ! i took bath everyday for at least 2 hours after the tiring Snowboarding. The air-con is super fast to start even for heater.

The kitchen should be open for all. If I want to cook something there is nothing. you just need to take the breakfast from the hotel only. The microwave is small. The hotel restaurant is next to the the reception.
