Hotel Sunroute Sano

The hotel staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. The hotel is vey clean and the restaurant on site named the Arkadia is very good and reasonably priced. You must visit the Sano Outlet Premium Mall for great deals from international brands and you should visit Ashikaga Flower Park.

The breakfast was really delicious. The walk from sano station was a really short 5 minute walk on flat terrain. The room was really clean and exceptional and the front desk staff was really helpful even with limited english. Would definitely recommend if your going to ashikaga flower park and don't want to commute back to tokyo on the train.

The beds were a little on the hard side with only 1 pillow

Very close to the Sano Train station and other transport.

Someone there were smokers near the front door. As a non smoker that was unpleasant.

3 mins walk from Sano station, clean, quiet, easy train to Sano international cricket ground.

I did not like to leave to travel back to Australia.

Central location for stay. Breakfast, staff, shopping.

Smoking at the front door

close and easy access to the shops, train station and bus.

the bed and pillow was comfortable. the bathroom was nice. the room temperature was perfect. it was quiet too. I especially liked the staff. they were super accommodating and very eager to help. the location is excellent.

I don’t think there is anything I didn’t like.

10minute walk from station. Nice breakfast and good restaurant meal, even though it had no english menu

near the station. easy to find.

Maybe it is because in countryside so English versions of some instructions in the hotel are hard to understand, but the staff were very helpful..

View, biggish room

Small bathroom, uncleaned sofa bed. Would have been nice to have coffee as an option in the room(only green tea)

Convenient location (not far from the station) and comfortable room. The location was quiet so I was able to sleep well.

The bathroom walls were a bit dirty.

Location was nice close to the train station. They could have served better breakfast.

Breakfast was just a regular breakfast. They could have more better selections.

I like the location because it’s near to pharmacy and food mart. And it has a nearby parking space for free.
