Pros +
- Convenient from the train station and clean and the staff was professionally welcoming us.
- Location. Easy and short walk from Oyama station. We didn't go any, but there were convenience store and Izakaya around the hotel.Laundry facilities. The fees were reasonable.Breakfast had limited selection, but taste and staffs were nice.
- Location was very good. Very convenient to go to the station.
Cons -
- Outside of rooms, hallways and lobby was pretty chilli.I didn't really like the check-in system. Needed to use a machine even there was a staff behind the counter as it should have been much quicker and easier to check in if the staff could deal with.
- The location of the breakfast area, right by the entrance.
- It was a little dated, but not in an unsafe way at all.
