Hotel Mark-1 Tsukuba

Breakfast was very good. Staff is always wonderful. Laundry facilities on site. Close to train station, a large mall and convenience stores.

Channel selection on TV is limited.

The hotel is located nearby IIAS Mall, Torisen Supermarket, a coin operated laundry next to Torisen Mall, and most importantly very close to Kenkyu Gakuen station, connecting us to University of Tsukuba. The hotel has laundry service and a nice lounge on site. Very clean and neat hotel.

Room size is little bit smaller for a couple. Should be little bigger.

The hotel has an onsite onsen, I had no idea when I booked it so it was a really nice surprise.The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is coin laundry available and lots of vending machines. It is very close to the Kenkyu-Kakuen station and many restaurants and bars as well as the large shopping mall.

The breakfast was gone very fast so I recommend getting up early to make the most of it.

Extremely clean and pleasant. There was construction on the whole building during my stay, but there was hardly any noise and it did not bother me during my trip. The hotel is also convenient for taking the TX line to Akihabara to transfer to Tokyo or any bus lines. The staff was extremely nice and friendly despite my limited Japanese, they also always had free samples like loofas and skin care.

The wall paper looked a bit rusty, but acceptable.

I love that its close to tsukuba express and IIAS. The staff really nice and they will lend you a bike if you ask them

It is near to the train station and there are plenty of restaurants, along with a few convenience stores nearby. There is a shared hotspring bath on the 2nd floor, with coin washing machines, dryer, and vending machines.There is also a big shopping mall that is of a walkable distance.

The room was kind of small, but very comfortable still.

I love the Onsen here (bath with hot spring)

Staff was very accommodating and helpful with the check in process and parking situation.

The location was very convenient . The onsen (public bath) is nice too. I had a comfortable stay.

I hope that the onsen (public bath) also has a sauna ?.
