Clean hotel and welle equiped room.The rooftop public bath is nice to use even at night.Breakfast is common and well loaded and typically japanese one.

The breakfast was good! I like the location too, it'c close to the station and bus stop. There are not so much restaurants around but it's close to Sano Premium Outlets food court.
The hotel description about the facilities is misleading. Sauna is for males only, the beautiful picture of an outdoor bath is different from the reality, at least for females (it corresponds to male bath probably). That was disappointing. I wouldn't pay that much to stay in this hotel. Also, when I moved in the room had a weird smell of a male cheap perfume, didn't enjoy it at all. The elevator is indeed slow, I was surprised there is no stairs option. Is it legal? What if some emergency situation happens?

Clean, decently sized rooms. Nothing special, conditions as expected for a medium-high price hotel.
Although close to the Outlet Mall, it is hardly accessible by public transportation, 1-2 buses an hour. Amenities are in the lobby, therefore I suggest getting a comb before you go to your room, so you don't step out of the shower and realize you missed something. The pool cannot be used during the winter. Definitely not worth the money I paid.
