Western Bay Marina Hotel

Very clean and had great facilities

The location didn’t have much around it

Very clean and excellent service. Two convenience stores downstairs as well as several restaurants in the same block.

My coworkers and i each stayed in our own rooms. I did appreciate that we were roomed near each other on the same floor. It made it easy to coordinate everything. The rooms were very well appointed. I had a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and full-sized fridge. The staff were very pleasant and helped a lot with our navigating to and from where we needed to go. They'd call taxis for us because we had trouble getting Uber or Kakao to come to the location. They gave us a hotel card that we could give to taxi drivers when we needed to get back late at night. The bedding was super soft and comfortable.

My only real complaint is that the A/C units in our rooms didn't work. That might be a bit of an over-statement. They worked, just not very well. I'm used to having separate controls for the A/C and fan. I'm used to needing to set them and wait a half hour for everything to fully kick in. I am not used to whatever the setup the WBM had. It was also summer time in Korea, so it was hot and humid most days during our stay. suffice to say I sweated through my pjs.Other than that, the location was great for work and not much else. We weren't near any train or bus lines. we had to use taxis for everything if we wanted to go further than around the block. It wasn't horrible, but it can get expensive.

I was Given a free upgrade to a suite

The rooms were not clean. There was hair on the floor everywhere. The sinks were broken and did not drain properly.

Small room but easy to get from parking to room and has all the necessary accomodations for a little longer stay. View was decent and toward the Marina.

Room was a little backward with the table opposite the kitchen, would have been better for them to be closer. For check-in/out, you only have the option to park in the garage, would be nice to have a small space out front of the lobby to do quick business.

Staff friendly. Near many restaurants (there is also one pizza take out restaurant 5 min away)

Washing machine in each room and dryers on one floor. Beds are fine for the money

Pool is closed everyday except the weekend.No hot water in the shower in the morning. The phone didn't work at all to call the front desk. Extremely far from the city.

underground parking was very tight for SUV. location is a bit away from where we needed to go.

I like this hotel. The room is clean, comfortable and has washing machine. Kind staff. Perfect for short stay.

You have to park car on the street.

I like this hotel and I will reserve again if I need to come back to Pyeongdaek. The room was nice, quiet and worm .We were very lucky we get the early check-in.

Out of the way and by the port but really quite and the room has washer and drying rack.

The bed was skittle hard.

The stuff used in the kitchen and the bathroom was spot on plus the roof top kids play area.

Very poor customer care, kinda sort of racist. They don't even pick calls, during the check out an old guy at the reception whispers something to the guy next which came off weird. And when we asked why they don't pick calls we were ignored. The parking too was so not good, I had to live my car in the drive way. There no one to tend to the automated parking and everything is written in Korean.

E-24 inside the bldg. bed was comfy.received fresh towels and water daily.

the toilet randomly makes really loud noise like someone is using it. seems connected to other peoples toilet. Only one place for power cord to be plugged in.

This is a quaint place and it's near Costco

the hotel man(supporter) should be there in front desk anytime.
