Pyeongtaek Stay Hotel

The location was really good. Super close to the train station.

The A/C didn¿t work too well, and there was black mold in the shower.

I loved the bathrooms. The shower was roomy and clean. Water was piping hot!

I had a mostly perfect experience. Breakfast times were listed as 7am-9am with last order being at 8:30am, however the whole breakfast was buffet style and no ordering was required. I came down three minutes after 8:30 and was refused breakfast.

The staff were helpful.

The bed is hard as a board. Very uncomfortable.

We stayed 10 days. Everything was clean and staff was amazing. Good location and price. Shower was great, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. Big mirrored medicine cabinet which was fantastic.

Beds were very hard, which kept us from getting restful sleep - definitely a big drawback. I'm 56 but my children are in their 20s and still struggled with joint and muscle pain related to the beds. The lounge chair was a tattered at the seams. One small hanging rack in a room that could sleep 4, and no closets or drawers.

I like the location, it's convenient with various shops and restaurants around.My room is called Royal Suite, the largest room in the hotel. I like the spacious size.

Location near the train and many good restaurants and cafes within walking distance.The free WiFi was always reliable and fast. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. The front desk staff was always courteous and helpful. The room cleaning staff always kept the room immaculate.

There were no shower curtains in the bathroom so water splashed everywhere. The door to room 608 didn’t latch shut easily and.I had to pull it closed several times to ensure it was closed. There is no controlled acccess to the rooms via elevator and the front desk wasn’t always manned so there is risk that non guests could get up to the rooms which is concerning especially with door locks that were sometimes faulty.

Washer/dryer was convenient. Be sure to use the “blanket” setting on the dryer or your clothes will never dry. Nice little gym. Very good location. Rooms were dirty. Staff could have been friendlier.

Rooms were dirty. Filth/dust under the bed and black mold in showers. The sewer smell coming up in the bathrooms was sometimes unbearable. Good thing we were able to open the window. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. They didn’t give a welcoming feeling.

The hotel is always affordable and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel doesnt offer Netflix or any other streaming devices , i understand they gave us a laptop or a computer in the suite we had once by the hdmi cable is too short or damaged.

The staff is top rate: very accommodating [when possible] and eager to assist. I had great fun with Google Lens figuring out the controls on the washing machine and dryer. It worked like a charm! Complimentary laundry services were spot on!

The bathroom cleanliness was NOT up to par. There was hair and yellow stains behind the bidet lid. I'm sure that hasn't been cleaned in ages. In addition the bidet spigot had mildew on it, so I avoided using it.

Great location close to a lot of restaurants, shops and the train station. Breakfast had good options but it was okay.

Beds are too hard for me. TV remote controller not in English.

Staff were friendly. A male staff gave me an free umbrella when I was wondering where to buy it. He was so kind.

Uncompleted power lines in bath room and didn't cover properly. I worried about electric shock while I was taking a shower.

Hotel met all my expectations. Reliable and secure wifi; clan room; comfy bed.

I liked the local cuisine offering for breakfast. They had charging cords and plugs in the room which was nice. The water pressure was really good, bed and pillows were nice as well. Right by the train station with a taxi stand. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

They spoke English and check in process was quick. There was also a market nearby & extremely close to the train station. I would stay here again. They even have an area to park your car if your not taking a Taxi.
