The staff was phenomenal!!! After every interaction with the receptionist, I left with a smile!!! The room was perfect in size and housed everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants.

No complaints

Almost missed my check in time. Arrived at 11:15. p.m.. I was not aware that check-in technically stopped at 11:00 p.m. Luckily the lady was still there, and was able to help me. My unit had a washer. Very happy with that. It had a drying rack, but no dryer.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance for my needs.

Convient location in proximity to local restaurants and Camp Humphres military installation. Very Quiet. Exceptional staff and room was clean.

Entrance and parking which was under construction. Scheduled local street market blocked the main entrance and exit point.

That staff was rude and very inflexible. They refused to grant free late checkout and they wouldn’t allow me to keep my luggage at the front desk for the day after checkout. They were overly concerned about payment. Will not stay again!

I love that they have a washer in the room its an amazing thing to have in a hotel that not a lot of hotels in korea have. We didn't use it since we only stayed the night, but we plan to stay here for a week next time, and im so excited to come back. I really appreciate the amazing lighting and how many windows there are to let the sunlight in as well. I hate when I go to a hotel and its so poorly lit. Like you're already expensive, can't you invest in better lighting? But with this hotel, that's no issue. And in the bedroom they have thick curtains so it keeps the light out if you're trying to sleep in. It's a lovely place and super clean. Im a little bit of a clean freak when it come to public places and nothing about our room freaked me out so much that I didn't want to touch it or use it and the front desk people were so kind and patient and spoke great english. I loved them and how accommodating they were. They gave us an extra body towel when checking in since there was only one in the room and two of us which i was so happy because i usually have to come back down and ask for another one at most hotels once i see there is only one. They even asked if we needed toothbrushes which we didn't but that was very nice as well. Over all this place is definitely a 10/10. I can't say enough how much I liked staying here

The couch upholstery could use some love/restitching in some spots but they hide it well and its not a big deal unless youre looking to buy the thing or something, just something I noticed.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were honestly the best part so kind, sweet, and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and a neatly made bed, which made our stay extra comfortable.

Everything was great overall!

The location and value were excellent. The room was very clean.

When we arrived to check in the hotel staff wanted a local Korean telephone number, I told them we didn’t have one because we was visiting from Europe, they didn’t understand, luckily my son gave his local cell number, if I hadn’t given a local number I wouldn’t have been able to check-in, silly. The room we were given was nothing to shout about, the shower curtain was dirty/moldy, the bathroom sink faucet was loose, you had to hold on to it every time you had to use it, the toilet bowl hit the bathroom door making it impossible to close the door unless you physically moved the bowl and the bottom of the toilet bowl had a massive amount of sealant, I guess to prevent it from leaking. It was nearly impossible to communicate with the staff due to the fact that we don't speak Korean and the staff didn't speak a lick of English. Considering the hotel has a lot of US military customers I think there should be a least a staff member that can communicate with its customers.

Convenient location to main roads, restaurants, and stores but also not directly next to traffic noise.

Can be difficult to access at certain times due to recurring local street market and narrow alley access.

Great price, helpful staff, great facilities, perfect location

The property was not as advertised. The property was unsanitary and I experienced an allergic reaction There was dried blood

Easy to find, not too far from the walking gate, friendly staff, way to checkin, and good stay overall. Clean and comfortable room.

Can hear other guests, but everyone was pretty quiet. Rooms are tiny.

Very clean and very polite and friendly staff. Excellent location. Washing machine, microwave and hot water pot were super.

Rooms clean and staff was very accommodating. Great location of your visiting/working at the base. Close to lots of places to eat and convenience stores.
