The location of the hotel was good and was convenient for us to explore the town.

Breakfast could have been better. Room size was small as compared to the other hotels. Staff was not warm enough at the reception.

Warm welcome and didnt annoyed with over service offers but they were always ready to help us.

The layout of the rooms and the way the entire hotel is designed and executed. Very friendly staff and very easy check in process.

Hotel was such located that it did not have the views the destination deserves.

Everything was exceptional . Room was tidy neat and clean the staffs were so cooperative and the ambience was extremely good . Staying here is worth the money

Location was great. We could walk to the town, to Periyar National Park ticket counter / entrance. It made for a really easy stay. The staff was fantastic. Really lovely, helpful, and made our stay even better. A couple of times they got out of their way to help us (like packing us breakfast the night before when we had to leave really early the next morning). Breakfast was white yummy and probably the most varied we have seen in hotels we stayed in India so far. And really yummy. Western and Indian options. Meal options were reasonably priced for room service, and they have a bar onsite so you can get alcohol delivered to the room as well

Room smelled damp. We opened the windows to air out but it didn't work.We probably could have asked for another room but didn't. I'm sure staff would have helped. Bed wasn't the most comfortable - but I guess that's personal.

Horrible

Hotel is overpriced - this hotel is definitely not 4 star. Rooms are in dire need of maintenance and cleaning. We had 3 rooms booked and each had an issue, mould in one, blocked drains in the other. There is also constant noise and clutter from staff.

Very reasonable price, good rooms and facilities in room. Value for money stay for a nice property with pool.

Location is difficult to access at the end of a residential area. Views from the windows are of someone's house right next to us, so difficult to keep windows open due to privacy concerns. Pool is nice but there is no proper changing rooms or towels. Breakfast was OK but limited options, no breakfast buffet when we went.

It has a good free car parking facility as said. Good ambience and very cleanly maintained.Staffs were friendly. Tasty food.

Restaurant menu was very limited with few dishes only . No Menu book in rooms to order whatever we wish to eat.

The place is close to all sites that you want visit in Thekkady. Hotel is clean and neat with staff that is responsive. It's clean and well maintained. The site is pretty much close to all the attractions you want to visit in area around. Ideal location to have some peace and quite that's away from the main town.

They have solar powered geysers that take time to heat up. Don't get me wrong, it does get heated up, but patience is key. Maybe they ought to look at speeding it up and am sure they will.

For indoor stays as in if outside view is not priority its a very niche and outstanding one. Great proactive staff as well.

The property is no doubt a niche one with best in class artifacts. However it doesnt give you the feeler if you are looking for Valley view rooms. Its amidst a residential setup.
