The rooms are clean, neat, and spacious. The garden with evening lights looks amazing and creates a relaxing vibe. There’s ample car parking space, and the resort is just 10 minutes away from nearby tourist spots, making it very convenient.

The food is good, but if you prefer spicy dishes, it’s best to inform the chef in advance as most meals are mildly spiced.

Everything was good. Nice rooms. NIce location.Indoor games and other activities. Spacious balconies. Nice welcoming staff.

Food, beverages like tea, coffee can be better and also it is priced high.

Location and the quick service done by both receptionist on the day we have arrived on 7th May till our stay.

Outdated ambience of Terrace Garden Restaurant and the music.

It was clean and restaurant staff was very good.

Front desk staff needs to be more competent and knowledgeable. More proactive and helpful. They seems to be lost in their own world at times. The manager was however helpful. I asked for valley view rooms and was not happy with the allotment.

Nice location, service was good, nice clean place. Loved roof top restaurant.

Location. Garden and inside area is very well maintained. Staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially the terrace restaurant staff is quick in helping. Always cheerful. With their interaction they make each guest feel comfortable. They serve with a smiling face.

It is situated right on the highway.

Our rooms were upgraded ! Everything was fantastic. Especially Kids spent time to look monkeys (photograph,..). Rooftop was top !

In the kiosque there was music after 10pm - till 10.30pm (very loud indian songs ?)

Breakfast is good. Loved the foos ball and Gym. Had a good time swimming in the pool. Open terrace dining hall with a view for sunrise.

Staff behaviour was awesome

House keeping needed to improved tremendously. One of the pillows provided has insects excreta. The swimming pool had a broken tile which caused severe bruise on my son's leg.

Friendly staff.

Restaurant food quality was below average. Hotel is right off the busy street. Roof-top restaurant is open; monkeys are a nuisance; had to be careful with phones etc. on the table. Since it is open, it did get hot.

I liked the kindness of the staffs the most. They did an extra mile. I have an 8 month old and they provided food for him like we give at home. Their food was extraordinary. Also activities area and garden area was maintained very clean. I felt like I didn't want to come back home from that place. Had great fun. A must go place

Swimming pool can be much better. And rooms were small

The layout of the hotel was good. The ambience, service and the food was excellent.

The only draw back was there is no lift facility on the bottom villa's. The top of the resort is connected with lifts at all levels.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. Good breakfast.

The breakfast , like the dinner , is served at the top floor restaurant; I do not know if the presence of stealing monkeys is a plus or a con; the breakfast was mainly indian; on the first morning it took us over 30 minutes to get our tea; there were not many european breakfast optionsThe hotel is not very expensive for the luxury and the meals it provides; we preferred its situation out of the city of Munnar to having been there ( quite busy and noisy town); the premium room was really very spacious and the airco and fridge okay; it is , however , quite difficult to figure out all the switches Booking .com says you have to pay cash for your accommodation, but that appeared not to be true. They do accept credit cards

Our room had nog been cleaned or been seen to during our stay; when my husband fell ill it took a tremendous time to get fresh water and some clean towels the pool is much smaller than in the picture shown on the sitethe top floor restaurant had a nice view, but is quite cold in the misty morning and windy evening

There were some recreational activities indoor as well outdoor. Infant there was a bonfire on the night I stayed and ambience was great. It was a nice clean property.

Some indoor games need maintenance, like there was no table tennis ball and foosball handles need to be fixed.

Excellent location staff were helpful.

Bathroom facilities were poor; bidet spray ( water hose) was placed on the right hand side.
