No Breakfast option. There is no kitchen facility though mentioned in booking.com. We saw a kitchen but it was not functional. However the room was spacious and clean. Staff was good and courteous.

Not having proper parking facility. Should have accommodation for drivers.

The room was comfortable, but it lacked tea/coffee-making facilities. A kettle and some basic supplies would have made mornings more convenient."No enough curtains for privacy

Breakfast is available in the hotel restaurant. It was really good. If you need outside there are very good restaurants just opposite side or walkable distance. You can go for various trekking from here, Safe for family stay. Special gratitude to Anathu and Vishnu of the reception, nice and helpful staff. The hotel exceeds my expectation. Really value for the amount we spent for a such super stay for my family. Rooms and bathrooms are so clean. I sincerely recommend this property ..

Location

Service was very poor. Also basic facilities like kettle, tea leaves were missing in the room. We asked multiple times for a glass which they took for cleaning but was not provided. There was no hot water in the morning.

The staff is good and there is no unwanted disturbance. First of very clean and neat rooms...if u book rooms and stay peacefully then I give 5 out of 5... location 2km from kumily bustop to Munnar route...50rs for auto.... near rose garden park entry fee 120 1.5 km and elephant safari available 600rs...and don't buy any food from rose garden park worst and very costly

their restaurant food are not upto level...I ordered porotta and beef with 2 lime....u can try something else....

Booking.com had air conditioning while booking but hotel said no..rooms are spacious, clean, courteous staff..no problem for stay as it was cold at night so AC was not needed orelse would have been in soup..location is good.good parking.driver facility for fresh up.dirver had to sleep in car..

Excellent Place. Everything was clean and kept good. I didn't expect this much before arriving. Keep the same and I have recommended to my friends and family too.

There is an issue in parking. As the bank staffs was speaking rude while taking g the vehicle. Pls arrange a parking lot too for your own.

The bathrooms and rooms are excessively tidy and spotless. Good people are also employed.

We must call the reception for the kettle. Every room should have at least a kettle and the necessary supplies for brewing tea or coffee. wifi problems as well.

The restaurant has high pricing... Don't go for porotta ?.. We got stomach issues (Porotta, Sambaar ?)

Good service and staff very friendly and honest people. I lost my watch there and after checking out 4 hours later they contacted me and notify that i lost my watch and they were able to ship it to me.

One problem i faced is that shower tap doesn’t work unless you keep holding the directional button
