Attitude of the reception staff who was present.. Not recommended at all.. In booking site it was AC room.but after reaching there only non ac room was there.. very poor hospitality by the manager

Booking amount was Rs 1200+….. But the hotel charged 2200.No Lift in the property.No Dental kit, Shaving kit ….etc

The staff service was terrible. I booked it for my mom and dad, I wished I booked another place for them. They felt like unwanted guest and didn’t feel at all welcome. No one should ever feel that way in a hotel.

The rooms were clean and had hot water in the bathrooms. Also there was sufficient parking for our vehicle.

Room service could be improved

This hotel opens only if the bar is open. If it's any kind of dry day then they just close both the gates.You have to go around the hotel honking. Then find the next place. The hotel cancelled my booking stating that the guest didn't show up. I should have climbed the gates i guess.

I booked through booking.com. I got the amount of 995rs room. once I reach there. they said that, the room rate is 1400. it's fixed. if you want to take, otherwise go. because am with my family. I need to book the room. I took the room in 1400, two rooms I booked.

There was no booking as per staff but I have confirmation number and booking was confirmed

Nothing. Very bad experience with booking.comWhen we reached the place, the hotel was not even aware of the booking.

No coordination with the property and booking site.

Property is located in the city centre. Rooms are neat and clean, food was decent.

No complementary breakfast, strict rule on checkout at 11,No dental kit Not worth the money

Location

The manner in which the receptionist interacted with us. The restaurant was mostly without any in charge and we had to either wait for someone to come or have to visit the kitchen. While booking it was showing room with Air-conditioning but i was given a non-ac room.

On our way to the hotel right after we made the payment,we received a call from hotel saying they denied the confirmation for the price shown in the site. And as we started the journey, we paid extra at hotel to get the booking. We tried calling the Oyo booking site multiple times and we didn't get proper response Towels were not clean. Water bottles were not provided in the room.however they arranged it.

You had coated rs. 489. But at the desk, as per my instructions, while paying time they asked 1,200 rent. It was night, embarrassed, no way I can look for others, since they bluntly said, we have no connection with booking.com. While leaving from, they didn't provide bill, saying online bill will come, but they did not send any bill nor any mail for stay. Though, earlier they had clearly approved the night time IN. Even THOUGH when I compelled for bill in the morning when leaving room, they never gave instead continued to say bill will come online. NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE, THEIR FRAUDULENT ACT.

Pricing. Agreed one price, taken more than double.

Pathetic experience from the check-in itself,that of the behaviour of counter staff. Moreover the tariff paid was for including breakfast,but the reception staff agreed it after an argument.More to add in the morning they offered some old idly,chutney and tea as breakfast which I was forced to refuse.

I have book room with Complemetey break fast they didn't provide it. I have book air conditioning room they didn't provide it.

We have booked this facility from booking. Com and and after reaching the property with the booking. Com email they mentioned that the amount that has to be paid is more than what is mentioned in the booking. Com confirmation email. Booking. Com tells breakfast included, but property manager says no, it was not at all good experienceLiking parts - rooms are clean.Not liking parts - they dont even keep a water bottle inside the room.

I have checked with them whether the rooms are sanitized properly, they told they cannot quarantee, however in booking. Com site they mentioned it as vaccinated staffs and sanitized rooms.Not at all friendly staff atleast at the reception.

When i was booked my room through booking. com they told me pay direct to property 2473/-But hotel managment asked me more. They charged me 2766/-its very poor.

Nice and clean. Value for money. Centrally located. Ideal for family.

Offers limited food choices. Since restaurant opens at 0730, difficult to get a cup of tea or coffee for anybody planning an early departure.
