- The view of Mt Fuji from the room is spectacular, and the location is good for getting to / from train stations and Fuji Q Highland.
- I enjoyed both the service and the cleanliness.
Cons -
- The room was filthy - every time you moved something dirt and dust flew out from it, including the bedding. The entrance of the hotel had no easy way to enter with luggage (had to enter via the back of the hotel). Not much open late in the area.
- This hotel is still old school and do not let people with tattoos in the Onsen. I kind of expected this coming to Japan but I also know that a lot of establishments are now letting people into Onsen with tattoos.

I enjoyed both the service and the cleanliness.
This hotel is still old school and do not let people with tattoos in the Onsen. I kind of expected this coming to Japan but I also know that a lot of establishments are now letting people into Onsen with tattoos.
