Service was great and the room overall was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. For the general good hotel quality it offers, I expected the options and quality to be great for the buffet. However, it was very disappointing, especially with the high prices.

Loved the river view with the green grass in the front. Open view without buildings blocking the view. Quiet area perfect to rest and plenty of room to play with kids. Everything was very convenient and staff super friendly.

Overall, we liked the fact that it was quiet which comes at a cost. It is quite far from downtown Taipei. However, if you are planning on spending time in Yehliu in the North, Yangming Shan, Beitou areas, it becomes quite convenient.

The hotel is super clean. I saw housekeeping being very diligent with cleaning in the lobby area. I was impressed with the work attitude.The room was clean and comfortable. Every floor has a water dispenser which is super convenient. Better than buying bottled water.

There's nothing I want to point out.

The hotel room was beautiful and very clean. The bathtub was spacious and comfortable, and the shower and toilet were spotless. The hotel itself had a grand and impressive feel when you walked in. The location was great—far enough from the main strip to feel private but still within walking distance. The staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful.

The beds were quite firm, which made for a less comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was closed all day for a private event during our stay. The breakfast experience was underwhelming, as the food was not kept warm, and we once found a hair in the rice. Additionally, the assigned seating for breakfast was not always accessible for my uncle, who was traveling with us whose disability was not immediately visible. While the hotel does feature a mall on the lower level, it had a somewhat unusual atmosphere with a distinctive smell and music that we didn't find appealing. As the gym is located within this space, we ultimately decided not to use it.

The hotel is close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel is new and right above a mall. Our room is clean and spacious with view to the golf course. The bathtub looked small, but is actually big enough to fit 2.

The restaurant does not have enough tables for all the guests at once, so you'll have to go for breakfast earlier to be sure to get a table, or wait at the restaurant entrance for an available table.The dinner included in the room charge is alright, but during our first night we're arranged for the 7:30 session. Before 8:20, the chefs had removed the fish and beef soup from the live cooking station without prior notice. Would be better if they let the guests know first.

Staying in this hotel for the 2nd time and it is still amazing. Super friendly and helpful staffs, great rooms, lovely views. Very comfortable. Free parking spaces downstairs. Breakfast is nice too.

Breakfast was pretty good, lots of selection; I chose to eat there about 60% of the time.

Nice staff, good location, fancy places

My room was in the name of river-view room. However, the room was on 5th floor and near the corner (no 4th floor in the hotel ). We could hardly see the river from our balcony because the view was blocked by the LILY square and lots of people strolling around in front of us. That's really disappointing. I don't think the rooms like ours could be called rooms with river view. Tourists couldn't differentiate the real river-view rooms from those fakers when booking.

Great location. The water view was amazing. Staff was super friendly. The free breakfast was amazing.

Modern clean look. Everywhere spacious and light. Excellent and very friendly staff.

Shuttle is not always available. Only hourly frequency. Breafast did hardly vary in 9 days we stayed.

Breakfast was healthy with a lot of choices. Staff were very helpful and accomadating especially not being from Taiwan. The room was very clean and neat with a beautiful ocean view. Loved that they had a mall with various shops part of the hotel.

I would've liked some of the areas in the hotel to be open longer.

A very nice hotel including the design of the hotel, room size, with greenery surroundings which make you feel very relax during the stay. Despite not within walking distance to MRT station but shuttle bus is offered.

Buffet breakfast with limited food variety. It will be perfect if there's a swimming pool.

The hotel is new and clean. It is easily accessible to many tourist attractions.

None, but it would be perfect if the hotel could provide guests the iron and iron board.

Fitness facilities are small

It’s new and a big outdoor field to stroll. it is also near to a mall (nothing much to buy but can get some essential from 7-11) also random restaurants. Allow us to have a late check out.

Perhaps you can have a lounge which closes later than 10.30 pm

Space of room is great. High quality facility. Beautiful environment. Near famous sight point. Delicious breakfast. Room is clean.

When I checked out, I found there is a dead fly on the ground. I am not sure when fly came into my room.
