Six Star Motel - Taoyuan

The room was very large. Bed was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff at both restaurant and front desk are super friendly. accommodating and professional. The room is super quiet as well, you can't hear anything or anyone around. You can also do your laundry for free here which was amazing.

My room was super dark and window was covered in a super large darkening curtain..I felt like I was staying in a cave. The bathroom sink is at the entrance hallway, I thought the setup was a bit strange.

The most clean and conforming bed and pillows I have had for a long time staying at different hotels in different cities through booking.com ???

Just a bit far from any restaurant or shops - 15 mins walk.

The spaciousness of the room. There were 2 king sized bed + sofa + dining set for 4 pax + bathroom equipped with a big bath tub and shower facility.The location was near the Gloria outlet mall and, while the breakfast variety was limited, quality was great.Love it!

To prevent my kid from rolling off the bed in the middle of the night, i had combined both beds together. After shifting the beds, i realised the floor area under the bed was full of dust and hair.

Room decor were quite bombastic but it was interesting and fun … our room had a private garage so it’s great if u drive

Actually nothing but the check in is right at the gantry where our taxi enters the property and my poor taxi driver waited for us while we checked in … time is money so I felt bad fir him ?

The beds were big and comfortable, so was the room. The car park was right in the property. The toilet was huge and nice. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! We had steak for breakfast! Internet was fast! Everything was great!

The size of the room, shower and parking. The bed is nice and soft. Good breakfast and good location from the airport when arriving late. It has the weirdest Check-in counter which is the entrance of the parking, Check-out as well.

It smell like the previous guest has been smoking in the room coz it was stink. The light in the room was too bright with white lights. The air conditioner was blowing too strong directly on the neck while sleeping.

The breakfast is definitely a plus for the stay. The room is clean, and the staff is quick to respond to my needs. The hotel location is excellent, with easy access to food, coffee, and nearby convenience stores.

It would be better to have additional staff to manage check-ins during peak times. Cars were lined up, and I had to wait in the taxi for a while. As a solo traveler staying for a flight transit with several pieces of luggage, this check-in/check-out process was not ideal.

The front desk person ( last name xiao)is very rude and accused us not returning the second room card during check out and wanted to change us 500 NT dollars. I kept telling her we only were given one room card when checking in, she still act very aggressively wanting to charge us for kissing second card.

Extremely comfortable beds and bathroom, had a good night's rest. Breakfast was also good.

Motel style without proper reception/concierge. Staff should improve on check-in process - e.g. let the motel guests drop their bags properly at a designated area first instead of making them check in via a "drive-thru" process in the taxi. The process was very rushed and also not able to understand things properly in the taxi.

Breakfast was fun with huge local variety. Bath is great, seems like unlimited very hot water to fill it up. Free mini bar/snacks. Bed is comfy. It was nice and quiet. The room was very clean (except for strong smoke smell, which was gross).

The room smelled horribly of smoke (even though it was a "non-smoking" room.) The room itself was very clean but we marked it lower due to the smell. No airport shuttle. There are bright lights that can't be turned off by the stairs (maybe "emergency light" or something? One bright pink the other blue) so you need to use an eye mask.The staff charged me 4x the amount of the room on check in - hoping it was just an accidental and luckily we noticed and we're given a refund to pay the proper amount!

It was surpringly nice. Very good breakfast. Exclusive car parking. Neet and clean.

The light switch remote in the room doesn't work well, so it's difficult to turn the lights on and off, and other areas keep turning on and off.

Check in time could be earlier. 6pm to check-in is quite late, the latest that I've seen... but maybe that's how it is with motels compared to hotels.

We stayed for two nights in a Quadruple room that had two queen beds. The hotel has two types of rooms. My brother and I stayed in a a Deluxe double the night before which is an individual condo-like unit, and moved to the Quadruple when our parents arrived a day later. The Quadruple is a more standard hotel room with elevator access to the room. There was plenty of space for the luggage of the four people in our party. Plenty of your standard bathroom and extra room amenities like snacks, bottled water, soft drinks in a mini fridge, coffee, and tea. There was also a table with chairs for four people and a small couch in front of a TV. Charging outlets were built into the outer edges of the headboards of the beds, and there were four total.Bathroom was spacious with the toilet with bidet in a separately locking stall and shower and bathtub in the other. Everything was clean and odorless.Staff here is really attentive, kind, and exceptionally thoughtful. They pay attention to who is going in and out of the property and asked us when/if we would like the room cleaned as we were heading out for the day. Breakfast is a comprehensive Taiwanese style spread with several sautéed dishes, rice porridge with toppings, a fruit and salad bar, and coffee and juice. An omelet and daily special to order are also included in the meal. Someone even came out to ask us how the duck was for the special we ordered. Highly recommend!

We stayed our first night in a Premier Double room. The 5059 Nankan bus from Taoyuan Airport took about 45 minutes and dropped us off directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is close to several bus stops convenient for getting to major areas of Taoyuan and is close to a Starbucks, 7-11, and many food options within walking distance.The room itself was very spacious with its own garage for parking, a Queen size bed with clean sheets, plenty of room for larger luggage, a gigantic bathtub, big shower stall, and a rack with a couple of hangers for hanging clothes. It was clean and well lit with outlets built into the headboard of the bed. Many amenities were provided including toothbrushes, combs, bath salts for the tub, cleaning kit, shampoo and body wash, and even complimentary snacks and drinks (soda in a mini fridge, tea, coffee) and electric kettle. Room also had a flat screen TV, dehumidifier, and thermostat climate control worked well.Customer service was perfect - staff are all kind, responsive, and efficient. We had a flight delay, and they were very nice about postponing our checkin past 11 pm. Breakfast is delicious with a Taiwanese breakfast spread including congee with many toppings, several sautéed dishes, toast, tea/coffee/juice, made-to-order eggs, a fruit and salad bar, and daily specials hot entrees included in the price we paid. Highly recommend this place if you are hanging out in Taoyuan for your trip to Taiwan!

For the Premier Double room, you have to access the room by climbing stairs after entering through the garage. There is no elevator access for this kind of room so accessibility could be an issue.
