Capsules are comfortable and quiet. Staff are kind and helpful. Hostel is close to the MRT.

Outside the capsule rooms, the hostel is very old. Mold in the showers, no towels or hand soap, hair all over the floor from hair dryers.

The location is good. The capsule I stayed in was not dirty and provided privacy and sense of space. The common area--except the toilets and showers--were clean and decent. They had not run out of toilet papers.

The toilets and showers had been cleaned superficially and so dirt had built up. The toilets were often nasty. I often found myself dreading to go to the bathroom and shower.

Bad smell, and felt unsafe.I stayed 5mins and checked out again to find a hotel.

Right next to the MRT and not too far from a night market. The space concept was intriguing to me which was ultimately why I tried it out.

Movement can be easily felt with the bunkbed arrangement. Because of the metal, sounds (e.g. accidental bumps) were amplified. It was dirty, but it wasn’t clean either. Perhaps there were many people while I was there, but trash cans were often filled in the common areas and bathrooms.

Hotel was clean, quiet, well air conditioned, with little bit of more rules, but told clearly and written in English, with nice, welcoming and pro-customer staff. I am 190cm almost, amd capsule was big enough for me, if you are 200cm or more, you might have problem stretching inside.

That my capsule / room came without locker, so I left my backpack and suitcase on the floor next to the capsule, room could be accessed only by the guys I shared room with, but still little uncomfortable/worrying for me. Showers were little bit dirty, but nothing you can't expect after day of usage, shampoo and soap are free for all.

The common area was big and had lots of room to spread out.

No lockers for the room I stayed in, so I had to keep my luggage in my pod.

The staff here were nice and fair. It has a cute bear theme all throughout, making the look of the place unique. On-site laundry facility is quick and easy to use.

As a tall person, I often need to sit in the shower so I can scrub my feet more easily. I would have liked it if they had installed metal or plastic benches in the shower stalls. Other than this minor inconvenience, I didn't have any issues staying here.

Common area had lots of tables to sit at. Staff were very friendly.

Mattresses are super thin, it’s like sleeping on the floor. The wifi is so bad it’s almost impossible to use, and doesn’t work in the rooms.

I had a great stay! The capsule hotel was very clean with fresh air and no odors. The shower area was well-designed with a separate dry/wet space and a spot to place items. That's super convenient for me. The bed was bigger and more comfortable than I expected. Best of all, it’s right across from the MRT station. Loved the overall experience!

Excellent location, just minutes away from train station and a night market and staff were very kind and friendly. The capsule was very spacious and the locking feature is useful . Note- you have to press HARD on the lights to turn them on, I struggled to turn them on until I saw the review whrre host mentioned this

There was only two toilets and two showers on the floor, but lots of rooms. The bed was quite hard, good for a short term stay, but not long term

Room was clean. Near to food and Sanhe night market.

Room light too bright to sleep (You should pull out the card)Air Pipes too noisy, can't sleep (There are free ear-plugs at the lobby, but they are cheap imitations of 3M product. It hurts your ears.)Do not recommend for those who are sensitive to sleep. If you have to, I highly recommend bringing your own eye patchs and ear-plugs.
