Beverly Hotel

I liked the view. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The coffee drinks were fantastic. A coffee machine with real coffee in the room would be nice. We Americanos drink a lot of coffee.

There is nothing that I did not like, however, some breakfast sausage or quality Ham on the breakfast buffet would have been great. The chicken and turkey Hot Dog style sausage is considered low quality in my country. Better to have sliced Ham

Good location

The bed and pillows smelled like cigarettes. I could barely sleep because of it. The shower was dirty as well

The toilet was so dirty, i bet they didn't clean it after the previous user used it, it really spoil my mood . The breakfast I didn't expect that kind, I thought it will be self services but nah.

Very close to the Mall, food court, shopping. Bathtub, much hot water, shower stall nice. Bed and pillows every comfortable. Shower water pressure good. Plenty of hot water. Garage for car if needed. Secure facility.

No face wash towel. The medium size face towel provide was for drying. But not a big deal. No exciting view. But that's ok.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was a foul smell of smoke throughout the room, condoms and lube left on the night stand, hairs in the sheets, and when we asked about the complimentary breakfast advertised on the website, the check in clerk just laughed in our faces. We got to the hotel at 1am and were left with no options to move elsewhere or rebook despite the horrible conditions of this location. The smell of smoke throughout the room was particularly difficult for our family member who had asthma. We were forced to leave the window upon all night as a result. There was also dirt in the bathtub and no toilet paper provided. Do not walk, RUN away from ever staying here.

Property was very clean. Great rooms and nice beds

This property is secluded and not near ANY restaurants or shops. It’s even too far to walk to anything. Without a car you will just be stuck at the hotel.

Location was convenient for our trip.Car parking on site.

There was initially a smell of cigarette smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room. A 6.00 pm check-in was a bit late for us but they allowed us to store our bags.

Beds we're comfy and the shower was good and hot.

The room was quite dark not much daylight.

- No English - old and not clean- dusty - garbage from previous tenants

The place is close to International airport so we have less worry traveling late back to airport. The location is easy to find and taxi drivers were able to locate the place easily.

The staff are willing to help but find it difficult to communicate with them without translation apps. During our 2nd day of stay the room is too warm as the AC maybe switch off and called them to check and fix but no response maybe they forgot.

Stayed at the motel so that I could be closer to the airport for our early-morning flight. Motel was easy to get to by Uber. Room was clean. About 15 mins away from the airport. Wasn't difficult to get an Uber to the airport.

But the fixtures and furniture are clearly dated and needs updating. Chairs were uncomfortable, though we did not sit in them for long. Aircon could not be adjusted and was colder than I would prefer throughout the night, but quilts were provided so that was solved in some way. Room was non-smoking, but there was still a lingering smell of smoke and cigarette marks on the furniture. But still decent enough for a one night stay.

Location near to Tai Mall is good altho far away fr Taoyuan MRT Stn. Surrounding is quiet.

Room smelt badly of stale smoke when we first opened door. Had to air it awhile. Thot this is a non- smoking premise! Breakfast could have been better. Could not find controls for adjusting air-conditioning.

Staff was petty friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty big I guess.

Rooms were dirty. We didn't have wifi in our first room so we got moved to one that did. The new room was even dirtier than the 1st one. Dried mud all over the floor by twin bed and sticky old black crust on floor by full size bed. Shower didn't drain properly so water leaks out the bottom of shower door.

The staff are great,the place is good and it's near the mall,7-11, and family mart, restaurant and massage.. nice place to stay

The staff readily offered me a second choice of room when the first one had a smoker in it, and I would have gotten a headache immediately. The second one was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed, nicest pillows, of all the hotels I've stayed at in Taiwan so far, and an extra comfy quilt to throw on, which I used. Nice interesting lighting. Comfy chair by a big mirror to do my hair with. Close to the airport for a convenient $12 taxi ride to the airport in a clean taxi the motel called in the morning. Arrived in 5 minutes. Short walk to restaurant the night before. Friendly check-in and out persons.

I mentioned the smoking room above. Some hotels have a few rooms designated for smokers exclusively to use, thus not contaminating nonsmoking rooms. That would be good for this hotel to implement, as a non-smoker can tell right away and be affected. Also, there was 1 cockroach in the toilet I saw in the morning, yuk. Also the doors to the motel rooms were unlocked when I went into them, so as a single woman, it was a bit uncomfortable entering as I thought there could have been someone lurking in there ready to jump out at me.

Laundry facilities, convenient store just around corner. Hassle free. Economical.

Fridge had a little odor. Needed a defrost and disinfect.

As the crow flies it is not far from the airport and the price was reasonable. I like that the hot water worked.

The taxi route to get here and back to the airport was more than.400 NTD each way so it’s not really convenient to the airport. I’m not sure any maintenance has been completed since the 1990s. Water leaked from above onto the bed!!
