The room is big

The elevator smelled like alcohol and cigarettes so bad. The room’s carpet smelled like cigarettes to. The hotel is like a mafia building many drunk people in different floors.

The whole building was creepy, very bad experience!

The room had smoke smell, even though we had requested non smoking room. And there’s leakage of water in the bedroom we asked to fix it but they said due to old building. It’s really unsafe to stay in as the lock of the room is not functioning well. They don’t even provide kettle for each room. It’s really inconvenient for people to always get hot water from different floors.

It’s old facility and horrible small inside the room. We didn’t stay there because everything in the room just so disgusting…. I don’t lie. Just don’t waste your money. I feel so bad and sad that Taiwan has this quality of hotel industry

300 m to the closest station (but far from then airport line). Lots of local restaurants(and fast food chains) in the area.

Everything was old and dingy. Smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. We had two rooms and one smelled like a pub the morning after a big bar event. It is on a higher floor and below are karaoke bars, so lots of drunk people riding the elevator.

Location ia good but is a but far from Taipei or major tourist spots. Convenient since 7/11 and Family Marts are nearby and few walks away is the MRT station. It’s just hard to find since there were no signages outside where is the hotel located. It is just a one floor hotel of unknown building

It was difficult to connect WiFi. Room was clean but no place to hang towels around sink. Did not provide a safe. AC control was unable to adjust temperature accordingly. Staff was friendly.

Some of the infrastructure is a worn out. Leaking pipes in the shower head, and under the sink.

Hotel needs some renovating. The place was disgusting.

Very run down rooms, cracks on walls/ceilings, stains on bed sheets/towels, no hand soap, carpet stains, etc.

The room was really big in size, there were huge windows and a balcony, the bed was also really big and quite comfy, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the price was relatively cheap and the location was great, very convenient and in close proximity to the MTR.

The room wasn't very clean, the appliances were very old and noisy in the case of the electrical devices, the bedsheets and the thrash weren't changed a single time during my stay of six nights and, worse of all in my opinion, they were cockroaches in the sink and bathroom area.

The location is close to my family house. Easy to visit them.

This hotel is located inside a commercial building that houses a variety of businesses. This can be complicated if you're staying with kids, as you might encounter drunk customers from other floors. The indoor air quality is poor, likely due to the use of central air circulation. You can even smell smoke from other floors, despite the hotel being smoke-free

Hotel with a great location and view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided water, toothbrushes and towels. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The TV included access to YouTube and Netflix. 24/7 check in.

We were unsatisfied with our stay. When we arrived, there were drunk uncles downstairs smoking in the shared elevator. The hotel itself is located on the 10F but there was many shady bars in the same building. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes and our blanket had a cigarette burn (they changed the sheets when we mentioned about it). Unfortunately, almost everything in the room, except the shower room, was either broken or dirty. The door felt insecure, and even the chain lock was damaged. Also very cold inside.On weekend the music from the bars downstairs was REALLY loud during the night. I felt safe because I wasn’t alone, but I wouldn’t stay here if I were traveling solo.

Paid 3000RMB for 3 nights which is not cheap for this location. Room is very old . Worn and teared wall finish. Cracked tile in bathroom. Very cold inside the room. Been told Air conditioner can only cool can't heat. Asked for extra bedding but not supplied. Wifi is very very very poor. Need resigned in every half an hour. And the signal is very weak.

i understand that the hotel've been shared location with other company or organization. so the elevator that have cigarette smell is fine for me. but, the ROOM which fulled of smoking smell, all day all night, is totally unacceptable. the staff offer us to change the room but it doesn't help. so we decided to change the hotel instead.

Huge rooms with great view. Good location with access to mrt, buses. Many food choices nearby. Very good value for money

Room cleaning wasn’t done daily. Facilities a bit old. Some noises from downstairs at night.

Good location 3 min walk from the metro station. The room is huge, with big toilet, big shower. Big window, nice view of the city. 24h reception.

Slow wifi. TV have to be turned on to use wi-fi

Refuse to change our bin even when requested. Don’t even have basic respect for customers
