Great newer rooms at reasonable rates. Much more spacious than many local hotel options. Great (but not perfect) sound isolation. Friendly staff.

Pool closes twice a day for cleaning. Restaurant staff has a bad attitude, so we used Uber Eats for most meals in the hotel. Not a great location for tourism, but it was acceptable.

Nice, new, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping. Nice (paid) breakfast buffet. Good views. Much quieter than many older properties. Rooms are much more spacious than most properties in the city center.

Neighborhood lacks culture. The MRT is about 10 mins walk, and a mall with lots of food options is also a 10 min walk. You need to travel to get to the fun and beauty of Taipei. Hotel's generic architecture and interiors lack an Asian aesthetic.

The room and comfort room was spacious and its very clean and its near the mrt and its easy to find...there staff are also kind....

Close to public transportation, direct train to the airport and the city center. Quiet neighborhood and helpful staff.

Location is far from downtown and Aiport train station. Taxis/Uber are expensive if you want to go to Zhongshan. Three occasions taxi drivers overcharged but we couldn’t convince because of language. This hotel would be great for Chinese speaker but I won’t recommend to foreigners.

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place New Taipei City Xinzhuang as a solo traveler. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Zepp New Taipei, where I attended a concert. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a King Suite.Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who went above and beyond—not only assisting with check-in and the upgrade, but also taking the time to recommend great local spa, which really added to the comfort of my stay. His service made a strong impression and truly elevated the overall experience.Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and attentive service.

Love this hotel. Its in the industrial park area, so a bit far from night markets and tourist attractions but there's a good mall just 5 minutes from the place. Love the service and the room. Breakfast was also very good. Very clean and comfy.

It is clean, the room was very spacious and clean .The interior of room was well decorated and comfortable .The staff very helpful with directions and assistance with last minute problems with our itinerary if the day .

Just a bit far from Taipei .

Great location with convenient access to the MRT and airport train. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are well-insulated. The shower area is spacious. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei.

This hotel feels very new and well designed. I like the lobby, the coffee shop, breakfast location and speed of elevators. Feels well thought out. It’s open and inviting. The car entrance is convenient for taxis and loading and unloading luggage. It’s an 8 min walk to subway which is great.

Not enough places to sit in the lobby. No heated pool. The breakfast buffet is not very good compared to other hotels of lesser caliber. As I’ve stayed in many hotels in Taipei, it felt like a step down. Food is acceptable. Having to pre-purchase breakfast and get a ticket was also annoying for my partner as we didn’t purchase breakfast in advance. You should be able to just bill the room.

Its a new hotel so clean and Spacious roomstaff is very helpful.

No help for luggages

Good place to stay which is away from crowd and still just 2 MRT stops away from Taipei main station. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is a delicious spread.

Cleaning wasn’t properly done that bathroom had mold. Towels had rips. And water wasn’t provided every day. Also breakfast didn’t had lots of menus. Staff aren’t properly educated that some are really rude.

Location would require heavy use of uber as the nearest place with food and amenities is 5mins away in the opposite direction of the train station, which is 10mins away in the reverse direction.Breakfast is alright if it's included but not worth the price for ala carte.. food is good but the service staff just seems so overwhelmed with the crowd..

Not far from the hotel, within walking distance, there is a shopping center where there is a wide choice of restaurants.

Toilet is spacious.Room is clean.Good supplies of complimentary bottled water.Robot delivery to room is fun.

Some staff were not friendly.The hotel charged more than the 5 room nights charges as deposits instead of only a token as deposits.The staff were not able to explain the room deposit procedure.

I could not find spoon in the restaurant for breakfast.Location was good because it is close to my client.

Bathroom is not equipped with bathtub. Downpayment by credit card was required at the time of checkin.

The room is nice and clean, staffs are very helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future. The hotel is not in the city center but it is still very convenient. There is a big shopping center about 7-10 mins walk from the hotel, free shuttle is available from the mall to hotel as well.
