Hara Zuru Hotel

Lovely staff - a perfect place to spend an overnight before going to airport. The local shoopping street is very good and only a few yards away. The hotel arrange an airport transfer for only TWD 500 ,nit takes 20 mins .

I liked breakfast and the beds were clean and comfortable. I also liked that it was near the town.

The showers had no curtains

Location is near convenient shops, restaurants particularly vegeteriant one and market where you can search for fruits and vegetable.....

I was very pleased that the property accepts bookings until midnight. My flight arrived at 10 PM, and with a 24-hour layover before my flight to USA, I needed a place to rest for the night. Initially, I had planned to sleep at the airport, but exhaustion led me to search for more comfortable options. This hotel offered the most affordable rate I could find, and the inclusion of breakfast was an added bonus. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I asked if they had a phone charger available, and they provided one with a 100 NTD deposit, which was fully refunded upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and spacious enough for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and included a bathtub. Basic toiletries such as liquid bath soap and shampoo were provided, and the hot water worked perfectly. Fresh towels and a hairdryer were also available. Additionally, the room came with two complimentary bottles of water, a percolator, and coffee and tea.Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient one-night stay. I had no complaints at all. If you need anything, the front desk staff is very approachable and ready to help.

Small but clean and nice. Very helpful friendly staff. Small but adequate breakfast.

The breakfast was decent, offering some comforting food options. The location was convenient.

The walls and overall interior are outdated. The bathroom wall had some mold on it. In one of the rooms we stayed in on 3/2/2025, the air conditioner was broken, which didn't even meet basic standards.

They fact that they have a shuttle service and they speak English. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good breakfast with good vegetarian options. The room was clean.

We love the free food, staff are friendly, bed are comfy. Everyday they clean up our room and they’re willing to help.

Clean, provide one-time slippers, very good breakfast, beefy good staff.

though tiny room but complete with the basic necessities

room too small

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They lent us a charger because we bought the wrong adapter and when we needed a taxi to the airport they organised it for us which would've been impossible for us to do as English wasn't spoken much.

Decent, comfortable stay.

Time to renovate the rooms design etc.

Decent

The rooms are a little old-fashion but decent. Cleanliness was ok.

quite ambience, friendly staff

Bigger room space will be better

Reasonably clean and economical!

Small

The staffs are extremely friendly

The dining area is a bit small but didn’t bother us at all
