New Songtan Hotel

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I wish they had American channels but if you flip through the channels you can usually find one or two movies playing in English that are not on the pay channels. Close to alot of restaurants. Osan AB and the bus

Front desk wasnt always manned and the hotel has 2 nice vans that just sat there. Would be nice they offered free rides to the base or bus station.

The free parking and convenience to shops and restaurants was awesome. The floor heating was amazing too. While smaller than a normal room, it was really nice and had everything we needed.

The bed was so hard that I couldnt sleep for a long period of time due to having to wake up to change positions. I think they should have a extra soft bed option. Its been days and my back still hasn''t recovered.

I like the scenery, so quiet and not too far from the market and food area.

The front desk worker (a male) was a little rude and ignorant.

Clean little room, with everything you would need for an extended stay. Perfect location to visit the Pyeongtaek International Market and walking dstance to good restaraunts and stores.

Balacony could be cleaner. Balacony view was to a back alley full of trash, which was not the best and bad envirotnment for trying to dry laundry.

i was locked out side my room and the front desk wasn’t there even they said its 24hrs , I had to spent the night out until 9am when they finally came

Had a parking lot.

The shower was damaged, the room was not very clean, the beds were uncomfortable, ABC’s the staff was very rude.

Nothing because after paying weeks in advance, we were told there's no space, and we were told we would be shifted to another hotel that was essentially a motel. I immediately requested a refund.

Having my booking canceled without prior knowledge. Being shifted to a motel that was further away and filthy. Absolutely filthy. I am profusely annoyed.

The hotel had excellent location. It was about a 5min way from the strip. The strip is filled with shopping places, restaurants, entertainment, and beauty salons.

I didn't like the service at the hotel. The old man in the evening was very short with us and dismissive. The lady who helped us when we check in was lovely though.

Although breakfast was available time wasn't that long for breakfast. Not sure where to get breakfast.The main reason i stayed there was because of location which was good.

The man at the front desk wasn't really nice, and for that reason i won't stay there again.How ever there was also a lady at the front desk one time and she was very nice. My room wasn't clean my whole stay although they did leave clean towels and bottle of water out side of my room for 1 day.The next day i didn't get anything and room wasn't cleaned.

The lady at reception is impeccable. Her service was excellent and suoer friendly.

The room was definitely not cleaned right at all. That was extremely disappointing

Hotel has a hostile environment .

The front-desk person was hostile towards my friends and I from the moment we arrived. The person asked for identification and i had forgotten my ID card home , however i had a picture of the card. I showed him the picture and my bank card ( both have my person identity details) and explained that i'm sorry but I do not have my id card with me. He raised his voice with an impolite tone saying he needs a copy . That's when we suggested to email a copy. Secondly, i wanted to get inside the room but couldn't as my friend was sleeping inside and could not hear my knock. I then went to reception to ask that they open for me. I knocked at reception , the person opened and the first thing they said was " What ?" raising their voice.. I told the person what i need , and they were really annoyed but went up to open the door. They swiped the card at my door and walked away immediately...after taking a few steps , the person turned to me and asked " are you not going to say thank me ? " . So, the person expected me to be polite and say thank you even though they were walking away . It was baffling that he expected a degree of courtesy that he was not willing to give us. The time was late but the hotel offers 24hrs front door service , and i would not have asked if i had an alternative.The person treated us like the hotel was doing us a favour , like our stay there was a bother , like we were not paying customers. This was really disappointing considering the hotel was not cheap at all. Yes, the place was clean and in a convenient location but we still felt it was not worth our money because of the treatment we received. Besides there are other hotels nearby , my other friends stayed in them and were treated with professionalism and common courtesy. These hotels have the same location convenience as they are really close to New Songtan hotel.

the location of the property is absolutely excellent. It’s right by the strip. a 3min walk to be exact.

There wasn’t much to not like, the manager was just a bit hasty when he was helping me but other than that everything was fine. No complaints

When walked there was no clerk thought I was not in the right place. No be right back signs

Location was good.

Very cramped room. Poor water pressure, No one ever at the front desk. Not worth the money.

Washer is a plus and kitchenette.

Cleanliness and security needs improvement. Also receptionist area need to be rennovated bec they are always inside that small room. Also male receptionist is always rude and needs to get more training or replaced.

Bed was comfortable but little stiff. Room was still small for the size.

Fitness center was very dirty and not clean. Fitness equipment had so much dust and trash laying around, see picture. Some equipment doesn't work. When the staff was informed about it, their response was "This isn't a hotel and we don't manage the fitness center." If that is the response from the staff then what is point of advertising a clean and well maintained stay? In addition, there were loud noises of door slamming and people running down the hall ways in the middle of the night to around 4am. When the staff was informed about it, again their response was "This is not a hotel and we don't manage the residents living here". If it's not a hotel why is the name of the place "New Songtan Hotel"? Lastly, the AC wasn't very clean. Lots of dust around it. I've stayed here many times but this time the service is unsatisfactory.
