The outside, it’s not clean

Modern, clean, quiet, sleek hotel close to the action (but not too close) in Shinjang. Quite a reasonable price, cool and comfortable rooms.

We did not get 2 rooms close together (in fact they were on separate floors) as requested and air-conditioning in the hallways plus breakfast would have been nice.

The hotel is great. Location, cleaniness, friendly staff and accomodations. Hotel provided free water, coffee, soup and drinks. Very quiet hotel.

The bed is not soft but I am able to sleep well.

Brand new, comfy bed and blanket and cozy room for few days stay.

Location and amenities. It had everything I needed for my stay. The hair straightener was a plus in the room.

I was confused about how their daily room cleaning worked.

The room was very clean and well laid out with extras like a hair straightener, mini fridge supplies, free bottled water and espresso coffee machine on level 2 with reception. Bathroom was very clean, modern and spacious for two people.

The area felt a little run down and it took us one night to figure out that the air con controls were on the tv remote.

Very close to Songtan tourist area. The room is very spacious and clean.

The Urban Hotel in Pyeongtaek is not conducive to nor appropriate for business travel. It is not recommended due to various atmosphere and safety concerns. The hotel was clean however it is not a hotel that business people go to. I received items in my amenity kit that supported my feeling that it was a "different" type of hotel.

It was clean and affordable that we extended our stay for another 5 nights just to hold the room for our laugage while we were away for 3 nights to Jeju island.

I got woken up at midnight to pay my bill instead of waiting until I woke up the next day.

Very clean. Heated floors.

The pictures dis. It truly match what the room looked like, not a deal breaker. It could be updated.

Very easy to check in. Staff was nice and friendly!
