New Century Grand Hotel Yiwu Sanding

Great location, close to shopping mall and trade shops.

The room AC wasn’t fresh. I could smell cigarette smell coming out of the vent.

Room cleanliness was top notch & there was an unlimited supply of mineral water in the room daily. Conveniently enough, there's a convenience store open 24 hours & the self-laundry room is free for hotel guests.

Communication barrier in China is a norm but the hotel staff tried hard to bridge the gap.

Rooms are excellent

restaurant options have declined with no evening buffet - one of the reasons I have normally stayed here. Lobby cafe has limited range and i didn't get what I ordered.

Exellent location very near Yiwu market (few minutes by walk)and perfect breakfast!

Electricity in room missing for charging devices. Some switches are broken.

The location

Rooms smells very bad, changed 3 rooms and all of them are not cleanAlso, no one speaks English, so it’s very hard to communicate with the staff

Disappointing

The room was not clean and smelled of cigarette smoke! There's still soot on the ground.

Very good

The hotel could not provide an invoice for my company at check-out and they said they would send it by e-mail, but unfortunately I have not received invoice yet.

Bathtub

The air-conditioning was not available. The hotel manually had the air conditioning switched off.. Room was stuffy and warm. After 2 nights had to leave.

The location is good near international trade city 1 and 2

The aircon didnt work!!!!! Moved to another room and still hot..they tried to repair but still didnt work. People are smoking everywhere... very smelly!!!Came at 2pm but my room was not ready and need to wait until 330pn. The staff very not professional. All cannot speak englishhh

Location

The staff didn’t speak English. They allow people to smoke inside and because of the ventilation the room smelled disgustingly like cigarettes Definitely not five “diamonds”

Excellent room, view and staff. Very structured and organized, and professional staff.

Since I stayed for 12 days, it would have been nicer if the breakfast spread (exceptionally delightful and extensive) had some twists and turns without the same everyday, but having said that the spread was very good, just that same good everyday for 12 days didn't sound all very nice.

Exceptional

Please, add black tea Lipton (Lipton tea bag) for the breakfast. Just for the guest can take it himself, but not ask some staff to give Lipton Tea bag every morning. Also I can`t find free slippers in the room, only for 49 RMB. Why ?

The location and the quietness and the cleaning hotel

Most of the staff are not speaking English Breakfast not international

Clean , nice. Really good staff.

All good.

Dirty!! This hotel not for European people
