Room is dirty & dust on table.The bed sheet is yellow-ish, Pillow has black dirty mark. The badsheet got bed dug (check photo 2)Air cond even open at 16°c, dont feel cold at all. I book for 3D2N, i only manage to nap 3hrs on first day. I did not come back to sleep for 2nd night, i booked another hotel elsewhere.My body feel itchy cause of dirty bed sheet. Attn their management about this issue, how can booking.com still rate 7.9 rating on this kind of cleaniness service. My bad experience ever.
The receptionist/staff was really friendly and accommodating to me. They helped me to change room when i wasnt satisfied, plus allowed me to late check in/out without any surcharge.
The room condition was bad, had strong cigarette smell, some windows are spoiled, floors sticky with dripping aircond waters. Not as expected as seen in the reviews.

Location is not strategic. Less attractive places nearby and not convenient if travel without own car. Shampoo and body wash smell bad. Room condition is a bit dissatisfied.
