The hotel did not mention that the elevator not working. I brought my 76 years old mom who cannot take the stairs. They should update the situation

Nothing at all

Totally out of expectation compared to the photo taken from internet picture during the internet search. Nothing works in the hotel, broken toilet seat, nowhere to hang your dry clothes or tower during shower, all rooms TV not working (only inform when there), aircon compressor is very nosy and disturbed our sleep, still got to pay deposit before check-in, can only use cash and cannot use cards thus reducing our cash on hand usage, see cockroaches running off, elevator not working, can see there are no other guests in the hotel except us and still said can only check in after 2 pm and need to charge extra if early check in.

Nothing, while I step in the lobby, the lift is malfunction with tape, Sofa got black stained, after I checked the room, the was crokcoaches, ants in the room, the windows and bedheader also damaged... tissue in boxes is the last pieces., this is the worst hotel I visited in booking.com, it is totally unacceptable and disappointed while booking.com showing the old photo, pretty photo to lies on user.

Bad and rude staff and bad room ! Don’t come !

The rude and lazy Bangladesh staff ! We needed to call him to come back from other place and waited for him for ages ! And he didn’t apologise for his act and behave rudely ! Besides, its room tiles were broken and the toilet conditions were extremely bad !

Rude counter lady namely mdm pavaii

As you could see I cancelled my last booking for 28th to 29th Nov, It was due to rude counter lady namely Pavaii who ticked me off for bad past review. She insisted I should not comment badly in the review

Rude counter lady, non operating tv, poor or no WiFi connection

Tv not working. No WiFi connection & walkways toward rooms are smelly

Counter service not effective towards my complain about my non connection WiFi issue..

Room need to be cleaned... Facilities need to maintenance.... Lighting too deem, bed sheet need to wash.... Suppose family room no mix up with smoking room...

Room smells cigar, ventilation was bad, during booking photo was great and nice but in fact totally defense.....

The property is surrounded with many restaurants and coffee shops.

The room is okay but the ceiling is about quite dirty. You also will heard some mystery sound above the ceiling. The sound is like some creature walking not human, maybe rats. No exhaust fan, and feel very tight in the room; I’m not stay longer than 1hour and direct check out already.

The bangla man who working there was very rude. No respect. Don't know how to talk to customer. 1st time experienced such bad experience in OYO hotel. Highly dissapoited

There is no hot water for showering, hot water for making coffee, Nice to talk There are no facilities in the room .... the room is not clean,There are no facilities in the room

Location is very good, no water heater and tv not function eventhough they have informed first before confirmation. Booking.com please upgrade your service of customer.

Dirty, found cockroach once entered?

no television, heater minimum heat

The location is near uitm and near to food stall

The blanket and bedsheets look old and feel uncomfortable. The cabernet have some smells.

Stay without any basic needs.

Smelly not good,. Slippery floor Bathroom .Blanket and mattress not clean anymore

Location near the restaurant and bank

No kettle, quite noisy due to the renovation on next room, the sink and toilet is not clean, the window is dirty too...and no TV channels at all..

No tv, no hot shower, smelly room

the bed, the water pressure and the strategical location

the toilet hot water clog, the wifi wasn’t great and tv wasn’t working
