Lift was out of service. Rooms look too old unlike what are shown in d photos on their website page. Would not recommmend unless if you have no choice of where to stay in a low budget

Overall the bed was comfortable as usual and the room was spacious. No complaints about the room. And they do have water filter outside the room. Last time they kept coffee in the room and I loved their coffee but now it seems they have discontinued it.

I always prefer to stay here during my visit to Kuala Selangor and this time I did the same but it was quite disappointing. The shower head was rusty and it accidentally brushed on my skin and it left a mark on my body because the rusted shower head was also sharp. And then the bidet hose was terribly dirty so it was really disgusting when it touched our skin. I understand sometimes the hotel wants to run on budget but cleanliness is very important. They can at least wash the shower head and the hose using vinegar. My one cent it's not gonna cost that much to change these things. They're the only decent hotel at Kuala Selangor so people always opt for them and they're always full so why not maintain your status as a good hotel. Don't disappoint customers who always choose you just because you're always occupied nevertheless the cleanliness. Should be worth it. Please do change it.And maybe they can start breakfast a simple one. People would love it.Thank you

Location was ok

very dirty, and the noise from outside the room can always be heard, its was noisy and makes us cant sleep well

Staff was helpful, location is good. Several convenient plug points in the room. The place was very clean. Good idea for the snack area on GF.

Needs maintenance, like taking off some stains from the tables & bathroom floor. Untidy areas seen. Had some difficulty getting the water warm enough for a bath. Pillows are too soft.

Environment of swimming pool not really clean.can see alot of pigeon droppings.hope management hotel solve this issue….

I like the bed. The bed n pillows were comfy.

Toilet was a bit let down. Floor was slippery. Should be ok after a good scrub. And the room 205 has ants. Quite a few. Got bitten once. Already told the reception after checked out.

I like the spacious family room. have a lift even though only have 3 level..

I like the pool for kids. But dirty from birds make the area look awful. And almost enter the pool..

I like the swimming pool…clean and fun…my baby liked vry much…

The location of hotel quite good but infront of hotel road so busy…not really easy to cross road…my room is not quite clean and neat…can see dust on room…my door lock not function very well…hope hotel take responsibility because it’s not safe for kids…they can easily open door….i found a small insect on my bed?luckily I saw if not its will bite my baby…please make sure room clean….

Its nothing much compared to OYO hotel

I don't like how they make the arrangement. I book for two rooms and clearly devastated when they appointed me to the room which is not like how it were stated prior to my bookings.

Near to shops.. restaurants etc.

The room TV blury, almost impossible to watch.

The clue is in the name ‘..le Vi boutique hotel’

Unfortunately it sat beside a very busy road ..the noise of which made a good nights sleep close to impossible

People park in front of hotel lobby and unable to drop luggage during rain.

nice location.. got water dispenser.. 24hours front office.. aircond very cool.. no deposit needed..

smelly.. i cant stand the smell.. maybe just my nose but it smell like body odor.. not fresh like a hotel shud smell.. the smell starts in the lift untill in the room.. and in toilet.. pillows are very thin.. iron boards infront of the lift and very hot there.. im sweating while ironing my clothes..
