Crystal Crown Hotel Harbour View Port Klang

overall it was a nice big room and had good comfy bed

it not very clean and the noise from the main road is loud and disturbed my sleep

Spacious family room (1 queen bed & 2 single beds). Comfortable sleep for whole family.

Feel the floor dusty.

Room big and comfortable

They stqtee they hv high speed internett which is not thruth at all. I needed a place with stable n fast internet for meetings which made me decide to chexk in hotel. The internet was too bad, i decided to check out, and find another alternative. When i state my reaspn to the staff, they didnt even ask. You wont ask or state something to a guest willing to waste money for 1 night stay and check out? Not even comfort words. This is bad.

There is a short distance to find foods. The maintenance team was really responsive because i had heater issue.

There is no child pool.

Never tried breakfast but buka puasa it awesome...

Since it is under renovation... Obviously it is noisy 9am-7pm but midnite about 12.38 still ongoing renovation? It is unacceptable.

have a bath tub and breakfirst

no tv channel. tv not have wifi function to connect phone with free movie from roomie.

didnt order any breakfast. but i did order for dinner. sooo sedappp!! their satay from the cafe is awesome, even my kids love it!

The room was upgraded compare to the old room that visited have stayed before..nice

Staff not friendly....At check in counter ..night duty

This is my 2nd visit. The minute I checked into my room.....oh my goodness! I thought to myself am I staying in an exclusive 5 star hotel? Room is spacious and clean. Same also with bathroom. EXCELLENT

Workdesk should have socket as this is useful for business traveller to use laptop by just plug-into socket near workdesk instead of having to use extension using socket from distance

Good

Toiletries not sufficient ie Toothbrush, Cottonbud,Cotton,Hanger, Slippers

The stay was quite pleasant, exceed expectation, at a reasonable price. Staff at counter very friendly and welcoming. Room in tiptop condition.

No comment to add.

Free parking available for guests.

The rooms were dated and for some reason, we were given a smoking room. The room smelt like cigarettes. Toilet was outdated.

Location

The room was in terrible condition with cobb webbs, dust and hair in the wardrobe. There was dust coming out of the aicond vent as well and the toilet was leaking. It was poorly kept and it felt like a 1 star hotel in a third world country. Very upsetting to see crystal crown this way as it used to be a prestigious hotel. An upgrade is definitely necessary for the price that is being paid. Very ridiculously kept room condition

when booking there was breakfasts but when checking in I was told there was none. I was pranked

There was no iron in the room. You have to ask for it to be sent

No internet. Hotel staf unable to explain on the internet trouble

Everything. Service is bad and not as advertised

Overall good

Breakfast spread tok limited.Staff in Chinese restaurant not able speak English or malay and had to cancel rOom service for dinner

Cleanliness

Parking ang hotel lift

The location. The room space.

I booked a room for 4 adults with 2 children. Both rooms only had 2 single beds. 2 adults they manage sleep in other room. Since there was no baby cord even I didn’t request it. So I adjust the bed and put my kids in same bed. Our room is smoking room, I didn’t ask for it. The toilet door is damaged. The room has very bad smell. The ventilation fan at toilet doesn’t work. Cleanliness needs to be improved so much. The car park is difficult to park for bigger car.

Clean, big room, cool aircond

The room is old

Breakfast ok/Location far a bit from malls but it's ok...

No slippers inside the hotel
