- 1. We chose this stay because of it's location, thinking that it will be convenient, just opposite Aeon, and bus to airport. However, it's quite disappointing. The bus only departs every 2 hours, and it couldn't match our time both coming and going. We hire a grab anyway. 2. Other than Aeon, there's nothing. Not even a convenient store, no laundry, very limited restaurants choices. When Aeon is close, from 10pm-10am, basically the hotel itself has no access to many necessities. You need to walk 10-15 minutes to commercial area opposite, which I don't think is safe at night.3. Staffs are very basic. Upon check in, not much information given. Just very basic service. We find the wifi password ourselves, we find out how to ask for drinking water ourselves.4. One bad thing is that the walk-in rate, clearly written in front of the counter is RM175 per night, way cheaper than what I got here in booking.com (RM200++). Huge disappointment. After seeing that, I don't think the stay worth it.

Canvas Hotel was generally very nice. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a big bed, a spacious bathroom, and clean sheets. The hotel was quiet, and the service was helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

the door at the basement car park is closed after 10pm.we need to go up to level 1 and take a lift down to open the door for the driver to come in.Recommend to closed the door after 12am.

The cleanliness of the hotel and some of the staff are very helpful and understanding. Have stayed multiple times at this hotel and enjoyed the stay mainly because of the location.
There is a follow up regarding check out or leaving the property more than actual check in assistance for which I was informed additional charges would be levied.I'm a business traveller and don't intend to overstay my allocated stay limit but hotel policies dictate that for early check in as early as 1-2 hours before check in also should be downright refused without additional charges which negates the whole purpose of a hotel of this concept!

During my 7 days of staying.. 4 days weren't clean as my stay before. Not only the stain on my bed werent treated and attented. Even the plain drinking water werent filled. Why am i paying more for a half hearted cleaning if i must ask? And this is not my forst time staying there as i am a regular and stay for long times at times but this time the cleaner disappoints me.. Nevertheless i still leave tip for the cleaner as usual... Just hope the management will look into such matter in future and ask them to be more attentive.I will provide all the pics for reffrence. Mind u.. These photos were not taken on the same day or night... Its a span of 7 days staying.... At first i want to rilex and not making a big fuss over the matter as i truly belive the cleaner will fix the prob.. But after a few days its still the same
